Great would visit again.
Pros:

Clean tidy room, warm and excellent powerful shower. Just what you need to have set you up for the day.

I loved the smell of the property particularly in the communal / reception area. Can you tell me what Air freshener / fragrance you use?

The staff was incredibly helpful, warm and friendly. The room clean and comfortable, and breakfast excellent.

Pros:

Breakfast was ideal as was dinner. Room was comfortable and clean.
However there was some confusion over booking as we thought we had cancelled this booking for 1 night and we booked direct for 2 nights bed, breakfast and dinner so we paid £77.20 through yourselves and a further £335 for the direct booking plus parking of £7 per night.

We feel let down that we can’t get a refund for £77.20.

I don’t think I would stay here again
Pros:

The location allowed us to explore the shops, restaurants and pubs during the day.

Cons:

The bar wasn’t open during the day for bar snacks or meals.
I requested additional pillows but didn’t get them.
They don’t provide any biscuits for a cuppa.
There were not enough sockets, none by the bed.
The bathroom was dated and had very poor lighting.
The shower had very little power
I found a dog treat under the bed.
