Pros:

Ontbijt, kamer, mogelijkheid om water te tappen in een fles.

Cons:

De kwaliteit van het restaurant ´s avonds.
Ontbijt was wel super lekker en uitgebreid.

Pros:

Kamer was prima!

Cons:

Het was erg lang onrustig rondom hotel, tot halverwege de nacht. 's avonds laten kwamen er nog bussen met passagiers en 's morgens vroeg stonden er ook al weer meerdere bussen achter elkaar.

Pros:

Mir war das Bett zu hart (ich bin da aber sehr empfindlich, für meinen Freund war es gut), dafür gab es einen Topper, der aufgezogen wurde, tolle Idee!!
Swimmingpool mit Whirlpool, Ruheraum und Sauna ist empfehlenswert.
Was nicht so beworben wird, man kann im Hotel auch zu Abend essen, probieren wir dann das nächste Mal :-)
In Fußreichweite ist ein Bowlingcenter und ein chinesisches Restaurant. Letzteres etwas teuer, aber definitiv sein Geld wert.
Wir waren zur Tulpenblüte dort, man ist mittendrin, Keukenhof ist direkt um die Ecke.
Man hat mir sogar eine Blumenvase gestellt.

Geweldig hotel op korte afstand van vele leuke uitjes.
Pros:

Mooie kamers, super net hotel. Geweldige en supervriendelijke ontvangst. Heerlijk ontbijt.

On s'attendait à un minimum de nettoyage, mais nous gardons un bon souvenir de Noordwijk.
Pros:

Le lit était refait chaque jour. L'établissement a du potentiel et la région de Noordwijk est magnifique – nous aimons beaucoup nous y rendre.

Cons:

Propreté du sol : Malgré notre demande, le sol de la chambre n'a pas été nettoyé une seule fois pendant tout notre séjour (4 nuits, 815€).

Papier toilette : Dès le deuxième jour, nous avons dû en réclamer à la réception.

Service : À notre réclamation, on nous a répondu : "avec 500 chambres, les chambres libérées sont nettoyées en premier, puis les chambres occupées". J'ai eu le sentiment de faire figure de la cinq-centième roue du carrosse.

Suivi inexistant : Après notre séjour, nous avons envoyé un email détaillé. L'hôtel a répondu qu'un "responsable de permanence" nous contacterait. Plus de 9 jours plus tard, toujours rien.

Conclusion : Nous reviendrons prochainement à Noordwijk et sa région que nous apprécions beaucoup, mais nous ne renouvellerons pas cette expérience dans cet hôtel.

Pros:

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön.Alles war zufriedenstellend. Frühstück super, große Auswahl.
Es war auch toll mit dem Wellnessbereich+Sauna. Wir haben es sehr genossen und würden wiederkommen.
