Met een kind van 5 waren het zwembad en het springkussen helemaal top. Het zwembad heeft een gier gedeelte van 60cm/80cm. Op basis van kamernummer kun je bij het zwembad handdoeken krijgen. Ook het speciale doosje voor kinderen bij het uitgebreide ontbijt was erg leuk. Ontbijt werd snel bijgevuld.
Kussenslopen met gaten erin. Dat kan echt niet. Aantal punten van schade in de kamer, bijvoorbeeld een plank bij de verwarming die er half uit lag, behang dat losliet en roest in de badkamer. De mensen op de gang kon je woord voor woord horen in de kamer. Geen bordjes op de gang om stil te doen na een bepaalde tijd. Meerdere bezoekers met filmpjes met speaker in de ontbijtzaal voor hun kinderen. Met name dat laatste moeten hotels echt wat aan doen.

The check in was very quick and good organized. It was a very warm welcome by Pieter.
And Monika and Magdalena and Gaby did a great job in the restaurant like always.

Das Hotel ist sehr hundefreundlich und liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung, von der aus sich viele schöne Ausflüge unternehmen lassen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders gefallen hat uns die gemütliche Bar mit dem schönen Außenbereich. Auch kostenlose Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden.
Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der vergleichsweise hohe Preis für den Hund pro Übernachtung.
De ademruimte door de grootsheid van het gebouw is bijzonder aangenaam.
De voorziening om veilig fietsen te stallen is een echt pluspunt.

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, der Vorhang zerrissen, die Möbel defekt, der Teppichboden im Hotel sehr fleckig, teilweise klebten im Teppich Kaugummis.

Altes Hotel, altes Mobiliar, alte Badezimmer mit starken Toilettengeruch.
Lage ist top. Unterkunft bisschen alt, Parkplätze wenig und eng. Eine Renovierung würde gut tun...
Die Wände waren verschmutzt bisschen, alt. Dusche war sauber, aber die Belüftung war kaum merkbar. Zusatzbett war nur 3 von 10 punkt, könnte man darauf schlafen aber war echt unbequem. Lage war aber absolut super!
I was disappointed by the way my family and I were treated by some of the restaurant staff during our stay at NH Eindhoven on 15 August 2026, while travelling as part of a Star Tours group.
On a few occasions, we felt that the treatment we received was noticeably different from that given to other guests, and it left us with the impression that our nationality or background may have influenced the way we were treated.
I sincerely hope this was an isolated experience, as the hotel itself was comfortable and our overall stay was pleasant. I would respectfully encourage the management to look into the matter and ensure that every guest is treated with equal courtesy, dignity, and professionalism, regardless of their nationality or background.

Spa and swimmingpool área is really good. Breakfast also very good.
We arrived late at around 11:00 pm, with two families, children, and lots of luggage. The check-in process was poorly handled and took a long time because a staff member was being trained.
At that point, we were exhausted and simply wanted to get our keys and settle in. The staff should have been more aware of the situation and prioritised getting tired families checked in, rather than conducting training at such a late hour.
A little more awareness of the circumstances and better judgement would have made a big difference.
