Great Staff (and great prices too)
Pros:

I have stayed regularly at this hotel and the staff are always great. The highlight of their service was when I turned up thinking I had book and, as it turned out, I had not. Without fuss and with a smile, they sorted me out speedily and I was in my room in a blink.
My organisation (European Union of Medical Specialists) have our 'big' meetings there for the service and the price. The meetings run smoothly, and benefit from good facilites and great staff.

Ideal for for both leasure and business
Pros:

A lot of thanks to Christina (I am sorry if I misspelled the name) from the reception, who checked us in and took care of all our wishes. The rooms are nice, big and comfy. Very cool sauna with a nice view. Location is great as well. It might be loud tho, but considering that the hotel is almost in the city centre, it's not that bad.

Nice hotel, but noisy fan made for sleepless nights
Pros:

Takeaway snacks in the hotel are very nice.

Cons:

Heater couldn't be turned off and the fan made an absolute racket. I didn't sleep for 2 nights and even though I asked at reception to have it checked and turned off, this hadn't been done, so I had a 3rd sleepless night. The room was also ridiculously hot.

Perfekt für den Citytrip
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt, unser Zimmer war direkt beziehbar.
Der Blick über die Stadt aus dem 22. Stock war beeindruckend, noch schöner aus der kleinen aber feinen Sauna im 29. Stock.
Das Frühstück war großartig, so viel Auswahl habe ich selten gehabt. Es lohnt sich, das zumindest einmal auszuprobieren!

Cons:

Das Bad, vor allem das Regal, war nicht ganz sauber.

As usual, an enjoyable stay
Pros:

I have been staying at The Thoin a couple of times each year for business for many years, and it continues to be one of my favourite places to stay. The staff are consistently excellent - friendly, professional, and always welcoming, which makes every visit feel easy and pleasant. I particularly appreciate the view from the rooms, which in my case is always a real highlight and something I look forward to each time I return. The location also works well for my trips, making it a very convenient base. Overall, a reliably comfortable and enjoyable stay every time. Highly recommended!
