after my call, it took the staff one whole day to fix a simple problem with the safe (I found it open locked, and this additionally means that room staff did not alert for it when preparing room); now if this is a four star hotel, such maintenance shoud be provided in real time, no question.

Era il mio secondo soggiorno. Se tornerò a Bruxelles penso che sceglierò di nuovo lo stesso hotel.
Pros:

Personale gentile. Possibilità di fruire degli spazi dell'hotel per alcune ore dopo il check out.

Cons:

Preferirei una vera doccia alla vasca da bagno, ma quando ho prenotato, mi è stato detto che tutte le stanze hanno la vasca.

Zeer aangenaam en comfortabel hotel met vriendelijke en behulpzaam personeel.
Pros:

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel, het zeer uitgebreid aanbod tijdens ontbijt en de comfortabele bedden. De kamers zijn voorzien van heel veel voorzieningen zoals een strijkplank en strijkijzer, schoentrekker, schoenpoetsmateriaal. Het aanbod van gratis water in de lobby vind ik ook een grote meerwaarde. De optie om te kunnen kiezen dat jouw kamer niet gepoetst wordt en daar een voucher voor krijgen is ook top.

Cons:

De douche in een bad vind ik gevaarlijk. De badkamer kan in zijn geheel beter ingericht worden. De lavabo staat veel te dicht bij het toilet. Qua hygiëne kan de badkamer beter aangezien er veel kalkaanslag was.

It was nice but not as great as i thought it would be.
Pros:

The sauna and the breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The cleaning personnel was too noisy and pushy in the morning and they entered two times in my bedroom despite the fact i had the sign do not disturb hanged at my door.

Pros:

Tolle Lage, Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar, Metro und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Lokale in direkter Umgebung. Sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstück!
