Super freundlich mit viel, viel Luft nach oben
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und nettes Personal, leider wird das überspielt durch fehlende Aufmerksamkeit.
Für uns persönlich eine tolle Lage direkt am Bruno Plache Stadion.

Cons:

Leider ist das Personal im Frühstück völlig überfordert. Tische werden nicht abgeräumt. Keine Brötchen, Tassen,Rührei ausgefüllt. Alles muß über Hinweise laufen. Für mich wirkte das Personal unstrukturiert und überfordert. Es war auch kein übermäßiger Betrieb im Gastrobereich, was das eventuell rechtfertigen könnte.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich ( wie immer ).
Die ruhige Lage ist toll, es ist nicht weit zur Straßenbahn.

Cons:

Eigentlich nur das die Heizung ( beide Heizkörper) an war und ich es erst nachts bemerkt habe .
