Over all the staff were kind and helpful but the room was a big disappointment for the money payed.
Pros:

Downstairs was lovely, breakfast and the bar were beautiful.

Cons:

The room was a disappointment. The bathroom had dirty marks all over the wall, there was earthing wires hanging down on show, the over all finish of the decoration of the room was shabby. The room was incredibly hot, you couldn’t open the windows more then a few inches and even if you could there was constant bright lights outside.

Got a newly furnished room which was lovely but the shower was a mission to get going then only half of the shower head had water coming through not impressed prefer the more simpler shower controls

Fab location, 5 minutes from the racecourse. Easy access parking, staff were so polite and welcoming. The food at the restaurant was fantastic and the hotel
Itself was very peaceful and calming! All decor/ furniture was classy, clean and exceptionally comfortable! This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and will definitely be back! Cannot fault the hotel one bit especially since new management have taken over!

Nothing! Everything was amazing!
