Pros:

Do not risk staying here: our first room was tiny, dark, noisy, and only fit for a budget listing. It was linked to another guest’s room with paper-thin walls, so we could hear everything. After complaining, we were moved to a proper room—raising the question why we weren’t given it from the start. Staff refused a later checkout despite our disrupted stay. Décor was dated, facilities advertised (spa/pool) no longer exist, and the whole place felt more like a motel or hostel than a Mercure.

Last minute night away
Pros:

Just a short walk from the local shopping centres.

Free parking at hotel

Room tired looking with threadbare carpets. Only one bedside table.

On the plus the bed was comfortable, bath & shower were fine and we had a delicious help yourself breakfast.
