Another decent stay.
Pros:

Clean tidy room with temp control which was needed as it was rather warm. Breakfast is always good and staff are friendly.

Pros:

Sauna and Steam Room Good. Bed good. Room Size Good. Location Good.

Cons:

This is probably the loudest property I've stayed in, ever. And I've only just upgraded my life from backpacking hostels to hotels. Put some acoustic seals on your doors and let your patrons sleep.

Disappointing
Pros:

Spa was good, no staff on reception

Cons:

No food all day until 5pm, bar opened at 14.30
Could hear water running from bathroom continuously

Pros:

I had booked another Hotel just to be told on the day it was July I had booked not June so I had an operation booked and the original Hotel was close to the Hospital I was then driving about trying to find a Hotel for two nights and I came across the Felbridge Gatwick Hotel &Spa and luckily they had availability at short notice it was perfect they saved the day !!!! I had my Op and stayed and recovered comfortably and I couldn’t have fault the Hotel one bit big thank you 🙏 👍💯

Pleasant with some recommended improvements
Pros:

Modern bar, good breakfast, reasonably priced, good location. Pleasant stay overall

Cons:

Rooms are a little outdated. Not a very accessible hotel, lots of little stairs everywhere. Bar staff were inexperienced and there were long wait times. Lack of instruction with use of spa, we were unaware we could only use it until 11am on day of checkout. Information beforehand would have been helpful.

Good value for money
Pros:

The check-in process was easy And it was useful to have a bar in the hotel. The room was very spacious, which was great. It was good value for money.

Cons:

You had to walk a long way for a smoking area. The shower ran out hot water halfway through.
