Fabulous Hotel
Pros:

We were upgraded to a fantastic room. Staff are all super friendly and helpful. Didn't use spa but looked wonderful. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Loved having a small fridge and coffee machine. Free WiFi was excellent. Room was spotless. Overlooked courtyard and had no road noise. The bathroom had lovely big shower and beautiful standalone bath that was huge. Loads of hot water. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Nothing it was first class hotel.

Kjempefornøyd med Felbridge, har vært her tidligere og vil komme tilbake.
Pros:

Frokosten var utmerket. Utsikten fra rommet var bare en hekk, så jeg hadde stort sett gardinene trukket for. Det var helt greit.

Cons:

Egentlig helt fint.

Good location, clean .

Cons:

Room was in a noisy location, near some stairs. People were banging their suitcases and greeting each other loudly in the corridors, but that is inconsiderate guests not the hotel.

A very welcoming and enjoyable stay
Pros:

Very friendly and attentive staff beautiful room . lounge area very relaxing and enjoyed using the pool ,sauna and steam room

Cons:

Unfortunately, the Jacuzzi was not working, but these things happen

Pros:

The reception staff were brilliant, allowed us to check in early as we were out for a wedding for the whole day. Very accommodating and provided an extra duvet late at night upon request.

The property was amazing

Cons:

The staff were awful. We and 6 other separate customers were treated so badly by a woman who did the cleaning during breakfast. She was so rude to so many customers. It was horrific. We had to stand up for other customers she treated so badly.

Pros:

It was a convenient location for us and also a good price. The lady on the front desk during our check in was really lovely. The spa facilities were lovely to have.

Cons:

There was no slippers/robes available at front desk or the spa meaning we had to leave the spa soaked in our clothes.

There was no extra key cards available for when my partner went out so the electric would go off.

Extractor fan kept me awake from early hours as it was extremely loud, I told the lady at the front desk with a video to show and in all honesty she didn’t seem too bothered.

Extreme amount of what seemed like dust floating around the room and also on the bedside cabinets. I took a video and there was loads.

I wasn’t really bothered about the little things at first as it happens🙂 But it seemed more and more wasn’t really up to scratch.
