A very restful stay with a comfortable room, enjoyable meals, and excellent spa facilities.
Pros:

We felt very rested after our weekend stay. The bed was comfortable, and the room was warm and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. Even though I wasn’t feeling my best, I truly appreciated the comfort and quiet atmosphere, as well as the excellent spa facilities.

Cons:

one minor issue was that the fridge wasn’t cold enough, especially during the hot weather.

Disappointing as had been there before Elite took over

I arrived thinking I would have lunch and use the spa facilities after checking in.

The bar did not open until 1pm and no food is made on a Tuesday ?

Excellent all round.
Pros:

Since we were last at the hotel it has been rebranded and looked much smarter overall. We loved the bedroom refurbishments too. Good sized bedroom and ensuite, really clean and comfy bed. Leisure facilities were excellent too. We ate dinner in the restaurant and that was very good too. Great service, good choice on the menu and all very tasty. We will definitely be back!

Cons:

Maybe the pool could have been one or two degrees warmer but it was very refreshing and the jacuzzi another couple of degrees warmer - but I understand that utilities are a huge cost. Nevertheless we thoroughly enjoyed all the facilities.

Very enjoyable short stay.
Pros:

I was concerned about falling standards when I found out the hotel had been bought by Britannia, a company with whom I have had previous bad experiences, but I was very pleased to find the facilities and rooms in good condition. We had an issue with the television that was sorted quickly by reception, once we were able to contact them.
Pool and spa area were immaculate. Bar prices were reasonable.
We did not eat so i cannot comment on the food offering.

Cons:

Phone calls to reception went unanswered.

Stay at Felbridge Gatwick Hotel
Pros:

Liked the court yard, the breakfast & location.

Cons:

The bed was a bit too small to what I'm used to, the room was very dark and small. The bath plug hole and sink didn't drain properly.

Would definitely recommend
Pros:

It’s a lovely spacious building. We have stayed here on several occasions as it’s convenient for hospital appointments. The interior public areas are very well maintained. Staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Bedroom was very clean and the buffet breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

No real criticism because we love the hotel. These are just observations. There is a courtyard at the back of the hotel. It’s the perfect place to sit during the day and evening, but it is in need of a little care and attention. Food is very good but the dinner menu is very limited, but I understand this is temporary.

Hotel great, room had several issues
Pros:

Air conditioning was great as was balcony. Staff super friendly. Great having a fridge. TV was good. Water pressure in shower was also good.

Cons:

Bad drain smell in bathroom. Bathroom extractor fan did not stop and was so loud it disturbed sleep. Got noise as evening progressed. Main bedroom light and light above desk not working. Bed was extremely noisy when you moved. Air con, when off, throughout night made loud noises. We have stayed several times and first time we've had issues.
