Staff was outstanding, taking care of our every need.
Delicious breakfast and a great soup and salad on Wednesday evening.

Decent place. Horrible customer service.
Cons:

I booked through a third party. I needed to change my travel dates so that I arrived on the second day of my reservation. I spoke to someone at the front desk and told her that Booking.com said the property could change my reservation. The person I spoke to said that wasn’t possible. I specifically said will there be a problem with my not checking in on the day of my reservation and I was told no, that would not be a problem. When I arrived, I was told that I was marked as a no-show and my reservation was cancelled so I needed to pay again for a new reservation. So I paid 3 nights and double paid 2 of the 3 nights. Don’t trust these people.

Pros:

The hotel staff were great and friendly. The hotel was clean and taken care of. Breakfast had the normal items as well as a daily menu change of a few hot food items.

Stayed here for a week with my husband as he was attending a golf instructor class. The breakfast everyday was fresh and enjoyable.

Always enjoy staying at the Homewood Suites in Kingwood. Staff is super helpful, friendly and professional. The rooms are spacious comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet has a nice assortment of items to choose from.

It was private and breakfast was amazing - a good variety

Cons:

The bedrooms need to be cleaner. I found dead roach in my bathroom. The tub was very slippery and didn’t drain well when showering.
