First, the customer service Jamie gave me. She was very helpful and pleasant. The rooms are AMAZING 👏. THE STAFF IS AMAZING 👏. I will be returning and I have been telling people about my stay. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH

Overall was a good stay and would probably stay there again.
Pros:

Only had coffee and muffins for breakfast and it was fine; good location being close to the interstate; staff was very professional and helpful; they went out of their way to make it a pleasurable experience.

Cons:

* Bed pillows were lumpy
*bathrooms need updating--eliminate the tub and just have walk-in shower as this would be better for senior citizens with limited mobility; the grab bar in the tub area was appreciated

I count this one as a win and would definitely stay here again?
Pros:

Breakfast - okay, nothing to write home about
Location - I liked that it was close to several suburbs/towns, yet in a quiet area.
Room was really quiet!
Staff was very polite and accomodating.

Cons:

Breakfast could offer a few more choices of food.

Pros:

The room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was nice and hot and Ms. Jewel was awesome and very knowledgeable.

Cons:

There was another staff member standing near breakfast in the morning I believe her name was Amy, she did not speak with addressed multiple times with good morning from multiple people and had a terrible attitude to work in hospitality.

Welcoming!
Pros:

The staff was so nice, everyone made you feel at home. Especially with us beeing 3 hours away from home. There was not a single person working that didnt stop and talk to us and make us feel welcome. I will definitely be staying again, wnd referring my friends and family here!

Pros:

Bed was so hard you might as well sleep on the floor. Dishes in the cabinet were dirty as well as dishwasher. Breakfast was ok. Mostly made for making breakfast burritos.

Pros:

My kids found a big mounting screw in the floor. The floors were so dirty my kids feet and legs stayed black anytime they touched them and my husband has nicknamed it district 12. It took my husband 4 days to get a functioning bedside lamp, and a whole day to get a toilet unclogged. Both of which the front staff were rude about. The ceiling fan rattles all night, the freezers ice maker doesn't work. The bedding is too small for the bed so someone constantly comes uncovered. And it's not a greatly comfortable bed to begin with. I usually really like Homewood suites but this one was horrible.
