Hilton Los Angeles North/Glendale

Room was clean although smoke detector cover was missing and looked moldy. Large well appointed rooms and nice bathroom. Fridge also didn’t work. Overall good though as it was very clean.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and great pool!

Overall not a bad place. My AC in the room barely worked and the hotel is showing some age.

During our 4 night stay on our 2nd day we had ants in the closet and seem to be coming from the walls.

Good location, with a short drive to Universal and the Rose Bowl. Clean and tidy room.

Great location and staff were fantastic

The door to the bathroom did not lock and the while stay they never fixed it. When we left to universal studios and came back, they did not clean the room change the sheets. The fridge did not work well, and the tv kept loosing signal. Not recommended to stay here.

The ac in my room was set at 65 and never got lower than 72. This made it hard to sleep. I was also originally put in a room that had 2 dryers on the ground for some reason.

This Hilton Hotel has a beautiful and comfortable lobby. The room we stayed in was fine. Needs to be updated or better maintained. The refrigerator wasn't working, light bulb out in the lamp on nightstand, the sinks water pressure was weak. I notified the desk when I checked out.

The hotel is very out dated and the rooms were not taken care of. The room was out of shampoo and soap in the dispenser but when I went to call, the phone didn’t work. Checkin and checkout, the staff didn’t talk to me, the checkin staff was having a conversation with the staff and checkout didn’t say a word. Disappointed.

Large and spacious room. The bed was very comfortable. The AC in our room wasn’t working. We were told upon check in that it would just take a little bit of time for it to get started. When we got to our room it was so muggy and warm. Our room faced all the afternoon and evening sunlight. So we turned the thermostat down to 60. It never got there. We managed to fall asleep. Got a text the next day from someone at the front desk asking if everything was ok with the room. I explained what was going on and they said they would send maintenance up. But then I was told maintenance wouldn’t be up as they were fixing a cooling problem somewhere else in the hotel and would a fan work? I said anything would be good. Housekeeping brought a fan up and it was fine. It did cool the room down and we were grateful for it.
For the size of the room the bathroom is shockingly small and I feel like you could fit in a little seating area rather than just one chair and floor lamp.

Excellent property and in a safe location.

It was in a beautiful location, we felt very safe. The bathroom was a little dirty behind and under the mirror so you can tell they just clean around the items on the counter and we had a leak somewhere so they came and placed a really loud fan in the room. Other than that, everything was great. If you get a chance check out the cool car collection in the parking garage.
