No bathtub and need a bigger restaurant
We were spending the weekend in Cleveland to have my car displayed at the Piston Powered Show at the IX Center. I decided to treat ourselves and stay at this hotel instead of driving the hour plus back and forth to home each day. This was such a nice hotel when I last stayed over 10 years ago. First off one of the two elevators was out of service. After reading reviews I see this has been broken since January of 2025 if not before. The room appeared slightly dingy and the toilet seat was cracked. After night one we went down for breakfast - instead of paying $20 each for the buffet we ordered “made to order” eggs, sausage and pancakes. The meal was still over $25 and very disappointing. The space eggs were gross, the sausage patties dry and hard and the pancakes would not even absorb syrup. After two nights (totaling over $400 for the room) I was loading my bags in my truck when I discovered someone had struck my rear passenger door. They left a huge dent and white scrapes. I immediately went to the front desk where the manager could not have seemed any less concerned. He told me they do not have video cameras in the parking lot. A lady working gave me the number for the local police. The location my truck was parked was literally in sight of the front desk! I did not want to use my insurance since the responsible party can not be identified. I will be paying around $1500 for my poor new truck to be fixed so my weekend stay cost me almost $2000! I have addressed this with the hotel and they just said sorry. I’d like to be reassured that they will at least look into video surveillance in the parking lot. I thought the Hillton name meant something but now I see this is not the case. I will never stay at this hotel or another Hilton!
Thought breakfast was to expensive
Very clean & comfortable. Super close to airport but we did not hear any aircraft and slept well. Staff we interacted with were all kind & courteous.
Would recommend more information located in the rooms re: breakfast, lunch & dinner items on hotel restaurant menu and menu item prices.
The room was nice. And clean. And comfortable.
Kids running all over the pool area , throwing balls from one side to the other. Only got to relax in Sauna for about 10 minutes because of the screaming. I am glad kids were having fun. Maybe a cool idea to make adult only pool hours for other guests to be able to use the pool who don't have kids.But I understand its a popular hotel because of the airport. Not much you can really do.
Estaba limpio y la cama era muy cómoda. Tuve que alojarme de urgencia porque perdí un vuelo de conexión y tienen servicio de transferencia gratuito al aeropuerto.

I'd like to start off by saying that I have stayed at this hotel a few times over the past five years.
But once I arrived at approximately 7:00 PM on Friday, January 16th to find that the snow was not shoveled at the entrance, making it very dangerous to walk into the entrance. The same situation 12 hours later when I left the hotel.
This is unacceptable for safety reasons.
Now, once I finally got into the lobby, a young man behind the counter just finished helping someone check in, and when I stepped up, he said with an attitude that he couldn't help me because the computer was down. I don't think the computer was down; he just didn't want to take the time to check me in.
Unacceptable. .
I was next in line for a young woman to check me in with a horrible attitude. Cold, not friendly, and acting like I was bothering her to ask to be checked in.
Unacceptable again.
I have stayed in hotels for business trips and personal trips, including this hotel, for over 40 years, domestically and internally, and this was one of the worst attitudes I have ever experienced.
As a business person, I can only attribute this bad service to laziness and a bad work ethic that I am seeing with younger people from coast to coast in the USA.
I will be choosing another hotel chain the next time I travel.
