It was in a great location near shops and restaurants and the Starbucks in the lobby was extremely convenient.
The room was dark and lacked overhead lighting. Even the bathroom lighting was dim, making it hard to effectively apply makeup. I had to Mcgyver a little mirror by the window in order to get ready.
Miguale was an amazing asset for my visit! He “cares” about the guests, which is in uncommon, but great quality in the hotel experience.
We have stayed there before. Love the convenience or being right across the street from the Metro Station. We did not eat there. Pricey. We also tried the diner near there on King street but was not impressed. The free trolley to the shops and waterfront sure make it convenient. Room was clean and updated. The Starbucks was not good at all, very unfriendly, short staffed and spent more time arguing with each other than taking care of customers. Front desk staff were amazing, friendly and helpful.

I am in love with your beds, especially your pillows; such luxurious comfort is never taken for granted when traveling. Helping my daughter, Hailey, and her family move into their new home has been all things a move involves! I am thankful for the refuge/relaxation found here in the Hilton Alexandria Old Town. .
This was the worst Hilton I have ever stayed in. First, I ordered 2 double beds and received 1 king. There were no other rooms available so we had to request a roll away bed. But they gave us one computer breakfast for free (which we didn’t use). They told us parking was $10/day and were charged $29/day. Our room was disgusting. Lap shades broken, outlets didn’t work, dust everywhere, stains on the furniture, & the most uncomfortable beds. The lighting in the bathroom was awful. Only a mirror with lights around it and a few were out. The room had clearly been flooded at one point because the doors were busting at the bottom. My favorite, the duck down pillows on the bed were from 2018. They should be replaced ever 2-3 years. I expressed my grievances and all I got was “We’re sorry”. Nobody at the front desk seemed to be able to do anything. How disappointing. Will never be back to this location.

The bathroom & shower. My name being on the tv when I walked in felt special.
I liked everything but wish the full body mirror was on the wall & not inside the closet. Maybe it varies by room, I may have over looked it.
We chose the Hilton in Alexandria VA (Old Town) and it was amazing! It was our 28th wedding anniversary and Faliah and her staff were so friendly and the service was amazing! See the attached photo to see what was in our room when we checked in. It’s so worth coming to see customer service at its finest and being appreciated! Thank you Faliha and staff!!!

I just want to say how wonderful Everyone was at the Hilton Old Town-Ig was a stressful visit w my sister-visiting my sister in the rehab center-Soo I especially appreciated that everyone was soo nice and friendly-We especially Luved Said the fabulous bartender !! He was wonderful and made great drinks!!
We will be back in October!! Thanks again
