Amazing Experience!!!
Pros:

We chose the Hilton in Alexandria VA (Old Town) and it was amazing! It was our 28th wedding anniversary and Faliah and her staff were so friendly and the service was amazing! See the attached photo to see what was in our room when we checked in. It’s so worth coming to see customer service at its finest and being appreciated! Thank you Faliha and staff!!!

A Truly Winderful stay
Pros:

I just want to say how wonderful Everyone was at the Hilton Old Town-Ig was a stressful visit w my sister-visiting my sister in the rehab center-Soo I especially appreciated that everyone was soo nice and friendly-We especially Luved Said the fabulous bartender !! He was wonderful and made great drinks!!

Since it was close to the Metro it was very convenient.
Pros:

The woman that checked us in was very helpful. I believe she was from Ethiopia.

Convenient location, large room
Pros:

Our room and bathroom were spacious and extremely clean. The front desk checked in on us throughout the visit, asking if we needed anything. The location was perfect, as it is a quick walk across the street to the metro and the Amtrak station.

Pros:

I had an excellent stay at the Hilton Alexandria Old Town. The location is outstanding—right in the heart of Old Town with easy access to King Street, restaurants, shops, and the Metro. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alexandria or the Washington, D.C. area.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds and very convenient to the Metro.
Pros:

The convenience to the Metro. Also, it is large enough to be secure, requires room key to ride the elevator to the higher floors. The staff is always great, that includes front desk and Said, the bartender.

Cons:

The main complaint I would have is that I am partially disabled, I struggle to carry my own bags, and it would be helpful if there were a ramp in the front, or keep the door unlocked by the bar where there is a ramp. I have been staying at this property for about 10 years now and think it could use some updating.

Good location to sightsee, the room itself was clean but not practical for a family for multiple nights
Pros:

The location to the metro station was great plus the nearness to downtown old Alexandria. That was a nice surprise to find that section of town to explore.

Cons:

The beds were not comfortable for my boys and husband. The trash can in the main part of the room was the most ridiculous little odd shaped trash can I have ever seen. Impossible for a family of four. I don't even know how one person could really use it. I missed not having on site laundry for guest use. The exit on the parking garage at the road (after exiting the gate) is not made for anything bigger than a compact car (ie our full size truck). Clearly, we made it but it's a bit stressful to navigate. Also, better signage for exiting garage on the levels would be great. You can somewhat see sometimes but it is definitely hidden in multiple spots when it shouldn't be.
