Great location, quality staff, upgrades needed
Pros:

The staff was very accommodating and supportive. Breakfast was subpar; the location was great for what I needed in the city.

Cons:

The room smelled of bleach. It became evident that it was used to cover mold. I could not sleep and had to leave early as there was something in the room that was making my skin itch. It did not feel comfortable using the bathroom

An Exceptional Stay — Highly Recommended!
We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed, valued, and cared for. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and every staff member we met was kind and helpful.
The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and definitely worth adding to your stay. The ladies working in the restaurant were especially warm, friendly, and attentive.
The location was perfect for exploring the city. Several attractions were within walking distance, and when we wanted to go a little farther, an Uber was only about $8.
We were especially impressed by the kindness of the front desk staff. Even after checking out, they allowed us to leave our backpacks at the hotel for a few hours while we continued sightseeing. That small gesture made such a big difference and allowed us to enjoy our last few hours without carrying heavy bags around the city.
We truly couldn't have asked for a better stay. The hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, location, and wonderful staff made our visit very special.
I would give this hotel 100 stars if I could! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I like the room I like the area.I like the hotel

Cons:

I didn't like me, and my three young kids had to sit in the lobby 4 hours before I got to my room.Because your computers was down.That was four hours of my time to relax in my room with my children.
I was told it was because of the third party. Booking but then I was told the next day that all the computers for the Hilton was down and therefore they could not find my third party reservation. However, me and my children had to deal with that. I think that they should have
Said something to compensate me.

Great stay and all went well.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. Service was good. The location is good.

Cons:

The laundry room could be better. Adding more machines for guests to use.

All machines were used constantly by the Army guys staying there.

This hotel has it all!
Pros:

The staff and service was top notch. The breakfast included was delicious and a great way to start our day without rushing somewhere. The hotel is conveniently located to the Metro and White House. You can walk basically anywhere or jump right on the Metro. There are a lot of easy quick food choices around too!

Cons:

Not much! Only the pillows. They were too fluffy but we asked for extras and housekeeping brought them quickly.
