Hilton Garden Inn is OK depending on your expectations.
Pros:

Location was good, close to White House and restaurants, Room was clean. Restaurant & Bar at location (separate charges).

Cons:

Air conditioner was very noise; Coffee machine is hard to get access due the shell in top & no room on the counter + coffee came up cold. Not enough toiletries. Laundry bag to small. Not included breakfast. Car parking charges are too expensive; we use next door pkng lot. Need Customer Service Improvement at check out.

It was a very good experience, as it allows us to be close to everything
