Cons:

Very annoying lady at breakfast who insists on tips even if she does not provide no service for you. She always starts being too polite but when understands there will be no tips she becomes extremely arrogant. Well, saying hello shall not cost money, no?

Great location clean rooms and 24hr pool with great breakfast

Cons:

The 24hr pool and hot tub needs to be monitored more closely by the staff, there were people in there who were not staying at the hotel very late. It seemed like they were doing inappropriate things in the hot tub which was disgusting and deterred me and my wife from entering and being able to relax. For obvious safety concerns there should be walk thrus every so often after a certain time to make sure people there are guest of the hotel.

Pros:

Good location some staff were helpful. Manager reduced rate for one night.

Cons:

Refrigerator did not work, shower door would not close without a towel in it. Housekeeping was requested but did not come.

Midnight life saver
Pros:

This was a last-minute , late night booking because we were unable to stay at the hotel we previously booked for the weekend. I liked that the Hilton had rooms available, and the front desk staff was kind and efficient. The rooms were clean, we had hot water, and each staff member was friendly and professional.

Cons:

The price and that breakfast was not included in the rate.
