Hotel and room was as expected
Pros:

Bed very comfortable.

Cons:

When checking out I asked for a receipt and they said the printer was broke.
I ask the bed manufacture and firmness. She had no idea.
Miss the popcorn,cookies and mints.

It got the job done.
Pros:

It was just okay. It was clean.

Cons:

Didn’t really like that you had to pay for breakfast if you weren’t a member. Never heard of that. Seems like corporate is trying to nickel and dime. The pool area could’ve been better and the beds weren’t very comfortable.

Nice newly renovated hotel
Pros:

Located on a very busy thoroughfare off I-49. Last minute reservation but I asked the front desk if I could get a room away from the busy street. They weren’t able to accommodate me but the room ended up being quiet for my wife and I. Clean and comfortable. The front desk agent told me that if I wanted to add the breakfast buffet I can do that but it needed to be done when I checked in (we declined). Not within safe walking distance to any shopping or restaurants bc of the busy street. Within 2-3 miles of Crystal Bridges and downtown Bentonville. The downtown was very nice and there’s plenty of parking. We did not have the chance to take advantage of any biking or hiking but that seemed to be a big thing there. Hotel was nice and the town is very nice.

One bad apple don't spoil the whole bunch.
Pros:

Location perfect. Majority of staff helpful and kind. Room excellent 2nd night and thereafter. Bkfst ok. We had to pay but was not supposed to. Reimbursed. . Maintenance very helpful. Housekeeping great except no Housekeeping 6/28/2026 no towels added. We had enough towels to get by. Lady at front desk w blonde hair and large dark framed glasses was the most helpful. Nice friendly smile kind.

Told I booked hearing accessible room. I booked disability accessible room which includes grab bars wide doors walk in shower. 1st night room w no grab bars except tub no walk in shower. Was not told there was a room available w walk in shower beginning the next day. Lady mentioned above helped when we asked if there was one available beginning 626/2026.When youve been in the car for close to 500 miles a person w mobility impairments you do not feel like being told you booked a hearing accessibleroomwhen you know what you book room. Overall stay good except for this when arriving eveningof the 25th. Thank you. I know most reviews are great but it only takes a bad momentl loke this to not think so highly of hotel.zone bad apple dont spi..

Loved the great staff - the room was a little pricy for what was there.
Pros:

The room was quiet and clean and comfortable enough. The staff was very friendly, helpful!

Cons:

The room was somewhat outdated and quite as comfortable as other Hilton Garden Inns we have stayed in.

Cons:

Stay was a little below Hilton Inn standards.
Pros:

Clean, good value for the money. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Stayed 2 nights. 2 nd day no housecleaning. Was not informed about housekeeping policy. I expected that the second day at least the room would be straighten up and trash removed. I would liked to have clean towels for the second day. Covid was officially over in the US. On May 11, 2023.
Tv had very poor selection of channels. If it was a smart tv you could sign onto some of the apps like Nexflic, Amizon prime etc.
came back from dinner at 6:15 snd all the cookies and popcorn was gone.
One elevator was not working and I am disabled.
