Stay was a little below Hilton Inn standards.
Pros:

Clean, good value for the money. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Stayed 2 nights. 2 nd day no housecleaning. Was not informed about housekeeping policy. I expected that the second day at least the room would be straighten up and trash removed. I would liked to have clean towels for the second day. Covid was officially over in the US. On May 11, 2023.
Tv had very poor selection of channels. If it was a smart tv you could sign onto some of the apps like Nexflic, Amizon prime etc.
came back from dinner at 6:15 snd all the cookies and popcorn was gone.
One elevator was not working and I am disabled.

Okay stay.
Pros:

Not a bad experience, however not a great one either. Hotel is in need of a refurb in my opinion. Staff was pleasant, however outside of friendly staff there are many better options to stay in the NWA area.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The accessible / roll in shower - the grab bars were fine - but whomever installed the shower bench put it in the wrong end of the shower. The shower head should not have been right above bench.

Serious Sanitation Failure – Blood Found on Bedding, Poor Response from Hilton
Pros:

We have been loyal Hilton guests for many years and were very disappointed by our experience at this property. The first room had a large blood stain on the bedding, and the second room showed visible signs of incomplete cleaning. These issues raised serious concerns about sanitation and safety.

The response we received from Hilton and the property management was slow and unsatisfactory. We expected better care, communication, and accountability from a brand we have trusted for so long.

We hope Hilton takes this feedback seriously to ensure future guests never encounter a similar experience.
