Hot tub and pool not working , ice machine on second floor not working
Hot had bugs in it and so did the pool.
Room smelt badly like cigarette

Pleasent
Paid extea to have in room jacuzzi. It did not work. Reported to front desk. Was told they would look into it. Never heard a word from them. Would never stay in a place that doesnt deliver what was paid for.

Not a free continental meal, which would be ok if it was advertised that it wasn't free. Especially for what we paid

The bar and kitchen staff were absolutely phenomenal, and the food was great. However, I found the hotel's approach to breakfast to be quite misleading. Many frequent travelers expect a hot breakfast to be included with their stay, but here, you walk down to grab a plate of eggs and bacon, only to be hit with a $16 bill. While the quality of the breakfast was excellent, the cost feels excessive and should be made much clearer upfront.
