Good value, I’d stay again but in a room with curtains that close

I love this hotel the staff are very friendly and professional they are all great.The food is exceptional ,along with the pool and jacuzzi . Beds were very comfortable, so in all I'm very pleased with Hotel.

Did the job for the night we needed to stay in town.
Pros:

Check in/out was easy and staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Every floor except the lobby and actual rooms for very damp. The carpets were stained and lots of paint chipping in our room. Additionally, the water damage around bathtubs were very unsightly. I also wish the restroom was equipped with hand soap to use after using the restroom.

Pros:

The location seems to be a safe area. There isn't much nearby in terms of restaurants, etc.

The front desk staff was friendly. The bartender was not.

I was in a king room on the 6th floor that hasn't been updated in decades.

The hallway carpet was old and stained.

There were no USB compatible plugs in the room.

The furniture was all chipped and dinged. One table had nail polish on it.

The walls had holes all over the place and the paint was in poor repair.

In the bathroom, there were plenty of towels and the shower had glass doors, which was a nice touch. The vanity was damaged as far as paint and dings. The shower tile was discolored, which might have been mildew. I had to go inside the shower doors to turn the water on (installed incorrectly), thus getting wet while still wearing my PJs

The smoke detector was hanging off the wall.

In retrospect, I should have asked for another room but I was a tired traveler, already in my PJs when I made some of these discoveries. I don't think I would have seen better conditions in another room.

Very clean hotel.

Cons:

Room 333. Tub won't hold water. Shower water would not adjust from hot. Had to send meal back. Food under cooked so they comped it. A/C in room was slow to cool the room down.

I enjoyed it overall and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Pros:

Breakfast buffet on 10/12...everything was cold: eggs, sausage, gravy. Understaffed with just one sweet lady serving. No hot coffee twice. The hot tub was not heating...no sign. The people who work here were very nice. We had problems with our room shower...did not work in 402.and it was remedied and great service recovery.
