Needs major renovation
Pros:

We reserved 3 rooms for our family members. All rooms had the same issue. They smelled very musty and all shower handles were extremely difficult to turn on. My 76-year-old mom could not even turn hers at all so couldn't shower. When I discussed it with the front desk the girl said they are all that way on purpose, so they do not drip. Baseboards missing all down the hallways. Nasty tubs and carpet in rooms. Place needs a big renovation, and this is not a good representation of a Hilton property.

Frustrating Check-In Experience After a Long Drive
Pros:

We arrived after a long drive expecting a quick check-in so we could rest, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing.

The front desk told us the power had gone out earlier and there was no internet, so we were asked to wait. While we understand unexpected issues happen, there was no clear communication. After waiting for quite some time, we went back to ask for an update. The response was very casual, saying others were waiting too and some had gone out and would return later. I explained that I was traveling with my two young children and we had already had a long day.

After more than an hour, when we asked again the staff member said if we had the Hilton app and said she could check us in through it—something that could have been suggested when we first arrived. Better communication and a more helpful attitude would have made a big difference.

The premises were exceptional. The service was outstanding. Smooth and easy check in/out. Quiet and peaceful.

Cons:

Can’t adjust thermostat, gets really cold at night.

Pros:

Dated rooms, dirty carpet in hallways, trim and paint beat up. Only one outlet behind the night stand. Had to move furniture to plug in phone and mobile device. No USB charger of any kind.

Totally overpriced for $213 per night before taxes.

I love this hotel the staff are very friendly and professional they are all great.The food is exceptional ,along with the pool and jacuzzi . Beds were very comfortable, so in all I'm very pleased with Hotel.

Did the job for the night we needed to stay in town.
Pros:

Check in/out was easy and staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Every floor except the lobby and actual rooms for very damp. The carpets were stained and lots of paint chipping in our room. Additionally, the water damage around bathtubs were very unsightly. I also wish the restroom was equipped with hand soap to use after using the restroom.
