Comfortable and relaxing!
Pros:

It looked new and fresh. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Our room was ready early and he gave us a late check out with no extra charges. That really helped us! Very much appreciated!

Excellent location, clean comfortable room, excellent mobile app experience
Pros:

Excellent room, spacious, nice, subtle fragrance in bathroom and room. Comfortable bedding and pillows, excellent AC. Closet set up is open with wire drawers so easy to see if you are forgetting something. Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and fridge are there and worked fine. Too bad the two water bottles were free only for higher level Hilton members. Metal cover on the door peep hole is appreciated.

Was able to check in via the Hilton app the day before arrival and request the digital key. Already assigned room 216. On arrival, coworkers waited in line to check in while I looked and the digital key was now in the app so went straight to my room. Used the Hilton app to get in and out of my room throughout my stay. Never needed a room key. Was able to check out via the app as I was leaving in the morning. Excellent app experience.

Cons:

This is for room 216. Only two things that should be easy for management to rectify: the shower curtain has seen better days. Several tears in the see-through section. While in the shower, at the top where the round plastic rings attach to the road, the fabric had tears across the entire curtain. Considering how nice the rest of the bathroom and room are, this was not a good look.

Second, the grill on the wall for the exhaust was covered in thick dust. Again, easy to rectify. Quick vacuum should take care of it and, again, considering how nice the rest of the bathroom and room looked, it is a bit incongruous.

Pretty good.
Pros:

Cleanliness and comfort of room. Very quiet area.

Cons:

Difficulty controlling the heat with the remote control.
Breakfast was not included.
Unfriendly front desk staff. We had one friendly front desk staff and one very unfriendly.

Cons:

Paint peeling from ceiling in shower. Mildew in some of the caulking in the shower. Corner if the sheet was ripped and wouldn't stay on the bed.

Great place in the metro area
Pros:

This hotel is the perfect home base for Portland Metro visits. It's in a super safe, clean, family friendly community. The hotel is extremely clean. Rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. Our room on the sixth floor was quiet.

Cons:

Parking is kind of a bummer. Very limited spaces in front of the hotel and the parking garage is pretty tight.

Cons:

Charged incorrect total...hoping that got corrected. Couldnt get tv to turn off. $50 pet fee - a bit high for 1 night.
