We left clothes in drawer called front desk twice & they said they weren’t there but we know exactly what we left . So assume cleaning people took the items. Which were ladies sweat pants, weather & mehs Christmas pajamas pants.

Pros:

Location. Easy to get to 485, restaurants, mall, and 51.

Cons:

Rugs dirty in hall and off elevator, breakfast was subpar for the cost. My tub did not drain after 3 requests, nothing done.

Pros:

The staff was excellent and friendly. Our hvac was not working and they immediately had that repaired. The breakfast staff was excellent. The only con for me was the bed. It was extremely uncomfortable.
