Pros:

Staff very helpful and room extraordinarily clean!

Cons:

Would have liked breakfast included with room but it was additional cost. Breakfast was fantastic though and cooked on site!

Snowed in
Pros:

I was upgraded to a new room which was nice, It had snacks for me to eat and take. Though I could not figure out how to turn on the heat and the room was very cold.

Cons:

The first room I was given had a bed that was wrecked, the box frame was flipped upside down on the mattress. not sure how it was cleared to rent. The thermostat in the room I was upgraded to did not work and the room was very cold.

Other than the Keurig, our stay was great.

The whole room was great, no issues.

The keurig takes too long to heat and make coffee.

I didn't like that the pool and gym area closed too early. I like the gym too be item all the time and the pool at least until 11 pm.

Our room smelt a little when we walked in. Once we turn the heat on, it went away.

Warm and Friendly Staff

Kathie checked us in and went above and beyond. She was very friendly and personable. She really made us feel welcome.
