Cons:

Room supplies, soap, shampoo etc were all empty. By the time we arrived we were too tired to have someone replace/refill everything so we go by. That was the second time on this trip that a different hotel had the same issue.

Our rooms were clean and the beds were comfy.
Pros:

My grandkids and I enjoyed the hotel restaurant where we had breakfast and received great service from Kelly who was friendly and attentive. The front desk staff was also courteous and helpful with our adjoining room request.

Staff very helpful and room extraordinarily clean!

Cons:

Would have liked breakfast included with room but it was additional cost. Breakfast was fantastic though and cooked on site!
