Pros:

It was in a great location, it was clean, and reasonably priced.

Cons:

The toilets made the loudest, most startling noise when flushed. We could hear other rooms flush with the same loud noise, and it was so bad that it woke us up every time it was flushed.

Overall, a great experience!
Pros:

The property is very clean inside and out. The rooms are very well maintained and organized, same for bathrooms. A lot of parking space. The cleaning crew was also super nice and friendly!!

Cons:

One staff member in the front desk came off a little standoffish, but it was late in the evening when I checked in, so maybe he was just having a long and tiring shift.

Good price, great location, not worth the headaches.
Pros:

The location near SFO and availability of a free airport shuttle is great.
The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The staff appeared to be lacking training or much support from management:
- front desk did not send my receipt via email, as promised
- billing/accounting problems with getting the deposit refunded on my credit card
- kitchen staff was way overloaded, and it took 45 minutes to get a bagel
- during calls with the front desk they are rather discourteous

It was wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful, empathetic, and friendly.

I forgot to ask for an invoice, and was not offered one when I checked out.

My brief stay was very accomodating for bringing my new puppy home by Flight the next morning
Pros:

Never has a chance to eat as I left early morning but the accomodations were perfect for what we needed. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. It was late when we arrived and he took the time to tell us the kitchen was open for another hour if we were hungry. Room was clean and quiet.

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn't like as it was a one night stay and close to the airport. No complaints.

Pros:

Very nice staff and lobby area. Rooms clean.

Cons:

Had trouble in daytime hours getting bask prompts and getting front desk when calling.

Waiting for shuttle is a long wait if you “just miss it” 35 minutes. Multiple Courtyard buses require you to clarify your location with driver.
