Pros:

very clean, friendly staff! room was great size. was contemplating going with another hotel but chose this location and so very happy i did! when i forgot my room key in my room, a new one was made no problem. i also left an article of clothing. they contacted me the next day to have it shipped or picked up! super nice. must stay

everything was great! wish breakfast would've been included and not extra, looked good!

Cons:

They charged me their price not the one I agreed to when I booked through you. Now I have to try & fight them to reduce the billing- charge to my credit card. Will not go back to them if they don't honor org price. Not sure I should use you again. I have stayed there 3-4 times last month & will be continuing to return to area every week for sometime but need to control costs & when they don't honor org deal I can't continue doing business this way.

Pros:

Everything was great for our stay. The only bad thing was the fire. Alarm went off when we were asleep on Saturday evening. Apparently somebody burned their popcorn. But that’s not a hotel problem. Lol
