Decent room, decent price, don't use the pool.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. Eggs were a little cold and flavorless, but everything else was good, the place looks really pretty from the outside, it looked nice coming in, and our room was good for the most part. the beds and floors in our room were clean and AC worked good, though was a bit noisy.

Cons:

Tub and shower were dirty and had lots of hard water residue. Pool was disgusting. I was very disappointed because I specifically chose this hotel for the pool. There were pools of slimy water all over the floor, the hot tubs jets worked but then the hot tub had so much chlorine that you couldnt breath with the jets on. The pool was FREEZING. Garbage was overflowing, getting towels was a pain, and everything was just dirty. also we smelled like stinky dirty sponges after our quick and not happy dip in. we ended up leaving because my daughter started getting a rash from the chlorine and it was just disgusting. It wouldn't have been a big deal if the pool was just cold, but this was just hazardous. We immediately went and showered after.

Disingenuous Information
Pros:

Called directly to hotel to ask about mobility issue accessibility and was there a restaurant and bar on premises. Hotel front desk clerk said yes to accommodating mobility access and also said restaurant and bar were on premises. That was our what we wanted so we booked the night and arrived on Sunday 7/19/26 about 2 hours later only to then be TOLD THE RESTURANT AND BAR WAS CLOSED ON 7/19/26 and all Sundays. Had the clerk told us of the closing we would have stayed elsewhere.
Hot breakfast was only scrambled eggs and bacon.

Pros:

Jó elhelyezkedés, kedves személyzet, jól felszerelt szoba. Van lent egy hamburgerező is, finom a burger.

Cons:

Kint az erdőtűz szaga sajnos kellemetlen volt, nem annyira jó ilyenkor kinti programokat csinálni, bent viszont a burgerező miatt volt mindig kaja szag.

The best meals we had during our ten days in the USA.

Unfortunately lots of children in the swimming pool made it unusable for adults not with those children. Unfortunate but nothing that the hotel could have done.

Overlooked gem in Elko that's not to be missed
Pros:

The hotel staff are outstanding, and they go out of their way to be very helpful. The rooms are spacious, well kept, clean and well maintained. The pool area is clean, the pool well maintained and very open.
The hotel is located near the freeway and has easy access and parking.
The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner along with the complimentary breakfast offering from 6-10.
The hotel used to be a Hilton Garden Inn, and they kept the same open spacious common areas. Since it was once an HGI, they still have the same thermostat controls in the rooms which means they have motion sensors, thus lack of motion for a certain period of time and they turn off. So don’t think they’re broken, they’re just energy saving.
