Philly visit for PHS show
Pros:

Staff was on point for positions held. Bell man Kevin directed us to an excellent restaurant in Chinatown.
Jasmine was very accommodating and front desk will address remote concerns with maintenance.That you are pet friendly. Very convenient to Reading Terminal Market and Convention center.

Cons:

Could not unload on Arch street, and no vouchers for parking. The lot was very full when we arrived due to the PHS flower show. A pet area for doggies would be a nice feature.

Good stay, convenient location, good food, comfortable room and attentive, friendly staff.
Pros:

Great beds, pillows, linens. Towels were okay but not very soft. Restaurant was open until 10pm which is convenient. Very clean hotel.

Cons:

Only one waitress in the restaurant on a Thursday night with lots of patrons waiting to eat. She was nice but harried.

The location could not be bettee, is just on the town center.

Cons:

We made a reservation through booking but when we arrived they charged the two rooms by separate and the price was much higuera than the booked. They refund us the money but we had to ask for that to two different recepcionist and wait until the check out to confirm they were going to refund the difference. On the other hand we thought parking was included but it wasnt, 10 dollars pero night and 40 dollars if you want to leave the car 24 hours, that was our case. So, you have to consider 40 dollars per day as extra payment.

One night stay
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. They made accommodations for a later departure to help with our timeline so we weren't rushed. We were only staying one night for a meeting in the morning that didnt have a designated stop time. Everything worked out perfectly.

Cons:

I had no issues with anything in the room. The only issues I would know was one lamp needed a new bulb and under the sink in the bathroom was a small mess likely from a previous tenant. Not enough to issue a formal complaint about.

The one issue i did have as someone not used to the city was the parking. The instructions for the parking garage were not clean and I was unaware there was an additional fee for using the parking garage not included in the stay. The same goes for the pet fee. When I had booked and read the hotel was per friendly there wasn't anything about additional charges on the listing.

Cons:

Fire alarm went off but it was the most confusing alarm…it told us to wait for further instructions and not to use the elevator or the stairways…so we waited and then the speaker said no fire but like had there been a fire we were just waiting in the room

Buena opcion
Pros:

El hotel está bien ubicado, cerca a restaurantes, tiendas como Ross, TJ-Max, Primark, y otras. Mas o menos a 25 mins caminando a las escaleras de Rocky. En la habitación al llegar el televisor tiene un mensaje de bienvenida personalizado, los productos de aseo son buenos (dispensadores) y el desayuno es básico pero bueno.

Cons:

Tener que registrarse para acceder al wi-fi gratuito y las sábanas ya están un poco gastadas.
