חניה לא בחינם ולא של המלון אלא של העיר. ל2 לילות עלה לנו 80 דולר חניה. מהחניון יש אפשרות להגיע דרך מעלית למלון. המיקום בתוך סמטה / רחוב. אין כספת בחדר אלא מאחורי הדלפק, הארוחת בוקר בינונית ואי אפשר לשבת לבד אלא מושיבים אותך. מבחינת מיקום הוא מעולה 2 דקות מהשוק אוכל המפורסם ועוד 10 דקות הליכה מפעמון החירות ומאוד קרוב לציינה טאון, אולי 2 דקות הליכה. הצוות נחמד. פילדלפיה זו עיר עם המון הומלסים בעיקר איפה שישנו.

Room was nice
The amount of money I had to spend to park there. For one night I spent almost $70 to park. That’s insane!!!!!! How does it cost almost the same for one night as it does to park!?!? Never never NEVER again!!!! That hotel could do more for their guests.

Rude front desk employee — refused to help us when we asked if we could leave our luggage, and as a result, we missed our flight.
Breakfast was included in our reservation, but we were not given the breakfast voucher. Instead, we were given a piece of paper stating that we had to pay $21 per person for breakfast. The following day, I had to spend time investigating why I was being asked to pay for something that was already included in my reservation.
The facility was exceptionally well-maintained, and the staff was fantastic. The room was great and very comfortable.
It appeared that there was a persistent water leak from the bathroom above ours that had never been addressed.

Old fashioned and a bit run down
The location was excellent -- perfect for all major attractions, as well as the train/ subway stops. The room was nice and clean, we did not get any room service, however, and we did ask for a few replacement towels ( we were staying 3 nights). We had breakfast there once, but preferred the market next door. The breakfast was fine, but the coffee was not so great. The parking area was big and there was easy access to the hotel. It is not free, but we did not expect it to be.
Some of the area (hallways) looked a little worn. Also, when we inquired about the fitness room, the front desk person didn't seem to know if there was one or not (we found it). Generally, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
It's a very serviceable hotel in a great location (walkable even up to old city in about 10 min, or just take 2 subway stops). Staff was very pleasant and helpful, everything was clean.
Breakfast was ok, not something special.
Small stuff... not every bed has electric outlets on both sides, expect some noise from the street (not too bad at 7th floor, but still), AC is also not super quiet.
The one thing that annoyed me a bit more though is the floor of the dining area for breakfast that could've used a mop, in both days we were there... our shoes made a crunch sound at every step because something was sticky somewhere.
