Pros:

Siisti. Ystävällinen palvelu. Kelpo aamiainen. Hyvä sijainti. Kaikki lähellä.

Cons:

Hieman kulunut. Huoneet kaipaavat uudistamista. Jokin (ilmastointilaite?) piti ulkopuolella kovaa meteliä.

Notre pire nuit aux USA sur 4 mois de séjour. Etablissement à fuir !
Pros:

L'emplacement, idéal pour découvrir la ville à pied.
Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié.
La chambre est spacieuse et les lits confortables.
Personnel accueillant et diligent à notre arrivée et au petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

Dans la chambre 845 qui donne sur l'arrière de l'hôtel, il y a un bruit permanent et assourdissant de système d'aération. Nous avons sollicité le personnel à 2 reprises pour finalement apprendre que le bruit venait de l'extérieur car la fenêtre n'est pas isolée contre le bruit. Nous n'avons pas fermé l'oeil de la nuit, le bruit est tellement fort qu'on ne pouvait même pas entendre la télévision dans la chambre.
Nous en avons fait part une nouvelle fois à l'accueil lors du check-out, il a été répondu que le bruit venant de l'extérieur, l'hôtel n'y est pour rien. Le/la manager n'a même pas daigné venir nous parler, et a fait dire à une employée de nous débrouiller avec Booking. Ce comportement n'est pas digne d'un/e manager d'un groupe reconnu comme Hilton et il est irrecevable pour les clients. Nous réfléchirons à deux fois avant de séjourner à nouveau dans un hôtel du groupe Hilton !

The staff could have made better choices in how they approach guest.
Pros:

I was able to shower but almost slipped out as I stepped in because it was so slippery. Maybe the shower could’ve been rinsed.

Cons:

I tried to communicate with the staff early in the day and my issue could not be resolved, due to the staff telling me NO manager works the weekends. As I checked in on a Saturday I was assisted by the manager on duty which was the weekend. The staff member made me feel humiliated and I felt unwelcome.

Hotel is clean n good but food very disappointing

Food (very disappointing I’m staying in this hotel from 4 yrs when ever i visit this city food used ro be good omelette on order,pancakes,waffles etc but now they cut off everything n put just basic cereal,bread,egg n fruit not even yogurt cups to. Carry they are using open yogurt in a bowl ,not returning if food quality will be same might choose other hotel for stay .one more thing iron was not working condition again disappointed

The lady who checked me in didn’t provide my breakfast vouchers. When I inquired about them, she informed me that they weren’t included in my stay. However, upon reaching my room, I double checked my reservation and discovered that the vouchers were indeed included.
