Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved the location right near the Redding Market.
The only complaint was the breakfast. Scrambled eggs were strange consistency and cold.

The property was steps from the rail train from the airport. It was in a great location to walk to historic sites, across the street from the convention center, and it was next door to Reading Terminal Public Market. The hotel is a block from Chinatown. There’s even a Trader Joe’s near the hotel.

My room was spacious and clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly,
The staff were very professional and friendly in the restaurant in 10th floor
There was standing water in the tub when we checked in and very slow drain when showering, there were no toilet paper or towels when got in room and receptionist wasn’t helpful when we called about it. She said we had to come to lobby to get what we needed, didn’t offer to bring it to us!
The location was great.
The rooms could use a deep cleaning. Those hard-to-reach areas, behind the bed, corners, around the couch, etc. were not up to the usual Hilton standard. The cost of the room was much higher than what I would expect for the quality.

Excellent location, central to everything. Breakfast was served by professional team but with limited variety. Good value for money.
The employee working the night shift counter was rude upon our arrival. On her phone and doing puzzle books and when we asked her for the number to hotel she said “you can look it up” and couldn’t be bothered.
The day time staff were very friendly and helpful always.
The elevators kept having issues and there was a lot of homeless the hang out in the front of this location and would always approach us coming in and out.
