Pros:

Great location, comfortable room

Cons:

Unfortunately it took us a few tries to get the extra bedding for the kid that was supposed to be sleeping on the sofa bed

Parking is next door and not affiliated with the hotel, which would have been nice.

Pros:

地点离开长途巴士站和reading market很近，去游览场所也都再步行范围內。

Cons:

床上物品偏旧；房间隔音较差，晚上隔壁电话声很大；早餐有一天服务员服务很贴心，另外一天则无所谓的样子。

Was really good and value for money.
Pros:

The location is excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable, clean. Breakfast was pretty decent.

Cons:

The reception staff at night was not aware of my booking through Booking .com and started to charge me a higher room charges until I had to explain it all to her. Was puzzled why the system did not capture such information before I arrived at the hotel. Was talking very fast to the international travelers not realizing that they need to slow down and ensure proper communication.

Hotel con cosas buenas y cosas malas, no hay intermedias
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es ideal, en mitad de la ciudad y a 20 minutos andando desde la estacion. Las habitaciones limpias y amplias.

Cons:

El acceso al hotel, la parte exterior, bastante oscuro, sucio. Se podría compensar con un lobby más cuidado. Dan ganas de no entrar. El personal de recepción, seco, sin llegar a ser antipáticos, pero no amables.
El desayuno de los más flojos que conozco; por no haber, no había ni beicon.

I cannot state how disappointed I am.
Pros:

I got to sleep.

Cons:

The entrance was a little sketchy. The staff was not very helpful. There was a paper page on the floor at the end of our hallway for 2 days (at least). The website said free breakfast but it wasn't. There were 2 tissues in the box in the room. There was hardly any toilet paper. Coffee maker was broken. I could go on for days. But the value and courtesy were not there.

Pros:

Comfortable, pleasant, no major complaints. Great location. Showing its age a bit, corridors a little rundown. Front desk staff varies from pleasant to not-welcoming.

Hyvä hotelli, aivan keskustassa.
Pros:

Hotellissa oli siistiä. Palvelu oli ystävällistä, erityismaininta aamiaisen tarjoilijalle. Aamiainen oli riittävä. Hotellin sijainti on hyvä, kaikki on lähellä. Metroasema kulman takana.

Cons:

Hotelli on jo hieman kulunut ja varsinkin huoneet kaipaavat uudistamista. Jokin (ilmastointilaite?) piti rakennuksen ulkopuolella kovaa meteliä. Amerikkalaiseen tapaan aamiaisella ei ollut juurikaan kasviksia tarjolla.

The location is excellent: in the heart of the lively city-centre, next to the Reading Market, bus station and in walking-distance from all interesting places and good restaurants

Cons:

The room was very noisy from the outside airco's, and it would be nice if the windows would be better sound-proof.
