33rd floor had a great view of both falls and the fireworks

We both loved our visit.
Pros:

We stayed in a premium king suite with a beautiful view of both USA and Canadian Falls. The food in all the restaurants was very good but on the pricey side. The staff was very friendly and polite.

Cons:

Vanity was a bit small, and our TV remote was replaced by the staff promptly, but it did not help the extreme delay when changing channels or services.

Magnificent.
Pros:

Absolutely wonderful! The room was spacious, with a magnificent view of the falls. The bathroom had a shower and a whirlpool! The whirlpool was absolutely divine and relaxing. The beds were super soft and comfortable and I’d love to stay here again!

Must see views of the falls from hiltons prime location in Niagara

Great location and view of the falls from our room

Cons:

Very elegant, staff were very accommodating as our flight from Barbados to Toronto was cancelled, I contacted them and they rearranged my booking for no extra charge which I was ever so grateful for as I would have completely understood if they rejected my request

Zimmer auf Mittelklasseniveau, ungerechtfertigt hoher Preis

Cons:

Das veraltete Gebäude ist im Lobbybereich sehr einladend gestaltet. Kommt man in sein Zimmer, hebt sich das Hilton jedoch nicht von Mittelklassehotels ab. Das Zimmer war gewöhnlich und in seiner Ausstattung eher zweckmäßig . Es fehlte überall an - wie ich meine - den normalen Ansprüchen genügenden Assessoires. Es gab keine Haken im Bad für Handtücher. Lediglich ein kleines Handtuch kônnte aufgehängt werden, die Duschhandtücher und das Handtuch für die zweite Person fanden keine Unterbringung. Wenig Platz für die Badutensilien. Es gab außerdem nur einen Nachttisch auf einer Seite mit insgesamt 4 Steckdosen, während sich auf der anderen Seite weder ein Nachttisch noch eine Steckdose befand. In heutigen Zeiten fürs Aufladen des Handys unentbehrlich. Solche Kleinigkeiten sorgen dann in der Summe schon für einen in komfortablen Aufenthalt.
Auch wenn ein Hotel in die Jahre kommt: solche Assessoires sind aufrüstbar!
Da wir nur eine Nacht blieben, kann ich das restliche Angebot (z.B.Pool) nicht bewerten.
Insgesamt finde ich trotzdem den Preis in kleinster Weise gerechtfertigt. Es gibt genügend preisgünstigere Alternativen auf anständigem Niveau!

A memorable stay with beautiful Falls views, a great location, and a few minor inconveniences.
Pros:

I really liked the view from the Hilton Niagara Falls. Being able to see the Falls from the hotel made the stay feel special and memorable, especially at night when the Falls were illuminated. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, attractions, and walking areas near Niagara Falls. Overall, the view was the highlight of the stay and made the experience feel worth it.

Cons:

What I didn’t like was that the hotel can feel very busy and crowded, especially around check-in. I don't understand how they can sell you a voucher at the front desk without explaining that you'll have to pay taxes later at the restaurants, for something you supposedly already paid for, yet weren't warned about. Parking very expensive. Overall, the view was excellent, but the crowds, parking cost, and busy atmosphere were the main downsides.
