Excellent time at Hilton Niagara Falls!
Pros:

We came for the Boy George concert and loved that we could walk inside to the venue! Loved the easy texting front desk options and always a quick reply back to any questions I had. Would stay again! If I won at the casino that would have been an an excellent weekend...hahaha!

Location, the room set up, staff and convenience with everything close by

Cons:

Bed was too soft to sleep comfortably, we could hear.our neighbours and couldn't figure out how to make the heating system quieter with getting cold. The jacuzzi bath was lovely, but one jet was broken and sprayed water everywhere. Room clean up only changed towels, did not replace coffee used or provide clean glasses
