Ease to get to entertainment area. The shower worked. There was soap.
We had a very disappointing and uncomfortable stay. Apparently the air conditioning wasn’t working in our “tower”. When we called to say it was very uncomfortable they did not tell us there were problems. They sent a maintenance man with a little fan to help and to explain to us there was no air conditioning.
This is the HILTON and we paid for a falls view room. We wouldn’t even expect this from a cheaper motel.
It’s insulting to have been brought a fan as a resolution. We barely slept if at all and did not enjoy our stay or how the issue was dealt with. Also the safe didn’t work and the snack machine was unplugged on our floor.

Having to book the pool.

A/C was not working was 81 degrees F all 3 days. Reported when we first got there. Staff said they weren’t affiliated with any attractions so didn’t get information on attractions. Pool was hard to get in and out, steps inside the side of pool. Also cost us $122.00 dollars to park. No microwave. Very unsatisfied.
The property was very nice. The rooms were very spacious. The infinity pool was top-tier. The view of the Niagara Falls from my window was amazing.
Although everything was great, it was a few stains in the tub so if I decided to use it, I wouldn’t have to have them clean it. I don’t know if it was permanent stains or if it wasn’t clean good enough
To much noise
