I loved the warmth and friendliness of all the staff, at reception, the transport, the restaurant and the cleaning staff.
There are some buildings that obstruct the view of the falls.
Great location and clean.
Room wasn’t cleaned for a few days and considering we paid 350.00 a night we thought the parking would be free or at least discounted. Had to pay 75.00 a night for parking on top of the 350.00 a night to stay with an alleyway view.

I love the breakfast but too expensive, the service and the staff were very good .

Les réfrigérateur ne sont pas bons, c’est chaud au lieu de congeler.
Convenient location
We were left waiting over 2 hours for bedding for the sofa bed, which only came at 12.15am after I stood at reception and refused to leave until the bedding arrived. The culture at the hotel is all wrong, reception blaming house keeping, managers hiding in back the back office, while house keeping had a single person for a hotel with over 1000 room. Disgusting service and a great example of employees who are under trained, poorly paid, badly managed and completely helpless. Eventually we were given one pillow and one blanket, my son did not sleep well that night.

It was great everything there in the hotel bar with live music every night restaurants Starbucks gift shop and ice cream right at your convenience. :)
