This was my parents second stay here The first stay last year there was a huge group of kids ( sports team of some sort)

This was my parents second stay here
The first stay last year there was a huge group of kids ( sports team of some sort) that was very noises and loud especially in the later hours of the night. Thought we would give it another shot as my parents are casino fans, but unfortunately this time their room was not cleaned properly. Slight stains in the shower, dirt on the floor and bugs.

Over heated, air conditioning broken, awful sleep to hot.
Pros:

Great view and close to everything I needed

Cons:

My children and I were over heated the air conditioner or fan wasn’t working we were sleeping with sheets it was so hot, I had to call down at 4am and finally ask for some relief and bring fans, interrupted sleep all night woke up exhausted, other than that everything was perfect.

Pros:

My son got sick from the pool all 3 of us and left around 8pm and wasted all my money. Never again will I stay here

Cons:

No compensation nothing. Dirty rooms and pools and wasn’t warned when it had safety measures during March break and before how the pool was closed.

Fabulous!
Pros:

Everything! The beautiful restaurants in the hotel. The view of Niagara Falls from our room was spectacular. The staff was extremely accommodating and pleasant.

Close to everything! Great view and beautiful comfy rooms! Affordable of site parking with shuttle.
