Great room with an amazing view. Room was clean and spacious and we had a great view of the falls. We were able to check in a bit early which was great. Lifts were never a problem, didn’t need to wait long. Gym was nice, luggage storage was very efficient.
We asked for the sofa bed to be made up/have bedding before we arrived - it wasn’t so we asked on the app - quickly received two pillows and a blanket, asked for a duvet - received a second blanket, asked again - received a duvet with no cover. Housekeeping was odd, beds were never made up and had to request bins to be emptied, new towels and toilet roll and only supplied with 2 coffees a day which felt a bit tight given the cost of the stay!
Pool was nice but the tiles were grimy as were the windows which spoiled the view.

Not enough spots to hang your towelsp
Location was good, AC worked well (in the main room) shower and hot tub temps were good. great view of fireworks and falls. It was nice to have two bedrooms and the bathroom configuration was nice.
Couldn't use the shower part of the hot tub (the ledge was in the way), a little noisy with the children next door and right next to the elevator so there was noise there as well. Second bedroom beside the door didn't receive as much of the AC as the main room which was an issue (very hot). Called for towels but the phone didn't work so couldn't really hear housekeeping. Managed to get it through that we needed towels as housekeeping didn't clean or replenish room over the three nights. Something wrong with the connection. Was going to call for Room Service food but phone not working so didn't do that
Fantastic view from the room. Nice and spacious. Very comfortable beds.
The shower door leaked water through as the seal had gone. Could do with more tea and coffee in the room.
Staff is exceptionally helpful.
The lighting in the rooms are very poor… the room had only two lights, the wardrobe did not have a light.. lighting definitely needs improvement.
