Location
Room was incredible, view was amazing.
Check in was not easy and getting my electronic key was complicated.
I loved the customer service that was given by the staff
Our room had an amazing view
Loved that we didnt have to go outside for anything
Loved the tunnels connecting to the casino
From the way the lobby looks, the price of the room, and the location, I was expecting the room to match the esthetics of the lobby. The lobby is beautiful but the room was lackluster.
The bathroom in our could use an upgrade as it looks outdated (wallpaper, poor use of space/design, poor lighting). we weren't a fan of the window that divided the bathroom and room.
The wallpaper was peeling in some spots and had poor lighting. The shower was quite small.
There was a substantial amount of effort that went into the lobby and I think the same effort could've went towards the rooms - expectations for the room were high, considering the look of the lobby, the brand, and the price.
Beautiful design with great convenance connected to the casino.
Off site parking in the cold was not the most fun but also is understandable
friendly staff and great facilities
crowded pool is my only complaint.
Close and convenient to the places I wanted to go
Parking
The booking.com price was not the charged price.
Pricing was different
Room view was beautiful. It was spacious. We didn't expect to be upgraded.
On second day we left for the day. Came back around 6 pm and it wasn't cleaned to our satisfaction. We paid a lot for the room and expect a CLEAN room is not what we got. When we came back, we didn't get that. Let's begin, dirty face cloth left in the shower on the handicap bar, outside of shower door looked like someone squirted something on it, I had a glass with dry milk in it and it was still on counter. And my husband didn't get anymore plastic coffee cups with lids and he got no more decaf coffee pads. I could go on but these were the things that got under our skin. And we don't want to hear we could of called housekeeping. That's not our job, it's their job and they get paid to do their job.....
I really like my room has falls view, and hot tub. The location is very good as well.
The mattress is not so comfortable. Pillows are little too high for me because I’m a thin woman.

I stayed at the Hilton from February 7–8, 2026, and unfortunately the experience fell well below expectations. The toilet in my room was not functioning properly and would not flush. I had to call maintenance four separate times, including once at 2:30 AM. Although maintenance responded each time, the issue continued throughout my stay.
A non-functioning toilet is not a minor inconvenience — it is a basic necessity. For a hotel of Hilton’s reputation, this was unacceptable.
What was even more disappointing was the response from guest services. The only adjustment offered was crediting the maintenance service charges that would have been billed to my room — charges that should never have been considered in the first place. I also requested a complimentary future stay due to the significant disruption, but that request was denied.
Overall, the room condition and lack of meaningful resolution did not meet the standard of comfort and customer care I expect from Hilton.

What was most disappointing was the lack of meaningful resolution from guest services. The only adjustment offered was crediting the maintenance service charges that would have been billed to my room — charges that should never have been considered in the first place given the circumstances. A non-functioning toilet is a fundamental room issue, not a minor inconvenience.
For a brand like Hilton, I expected better room quality control and a more appropriate response to such a significant problem. This experience did not meet the standard of comfort and service typically associated with the Hilton name.
Requested room not provided.
Room had inadequate lighting looked like haunted room.
Concierge refused to accept terms of booking number 5486283092 at Booking.Com, she said Breakfast would be À la carte rather than flat $35/person. Additionally, Parking charged $40/night plus tax.
Melissa at the Hilton Fallsview hotel was amazing with her customer service. She was kind, empathetic, and polite and helped us to promptly solve an issue that we had been working through for twenty-five minutes ahead of being transferred to the hotel directly for resolution. We sincerely appreciate her professionalism and the Hilton brand is lucky to have her.
We also stayed at the Hilton Fallsview hotel the third week of September 2025 to celebrate a special occasion and everything was clean, all of the accommodations were beautiful, and the staff was kind. I particularly enjoyed the view, the food, and the fireworks outside the window each evening after dinner. Consequently, we decided to return for a small getaway during the off season, just to relax.
I had a nice experience at this hotel. I was treated well as a diamond member. There was a short check-in line for diamond and gold members. I received the complimentary breakfast for diamond members, which was a nice plate of pastries and berries at the restaurant that has a view of the falls. The kids pool has limited hours. The infinity pool is open a little longer, but also has fairly limited hours. It would be nice if both pools were warmer. The hot tub was warm. The pool area has a view of the falls as well. This hotel has a great exercise room. The whirlpool in the room was excellent. The hotel parking is handled by a third party and is very expensive. If you care about saving money on it, you can look into other parking options.
The room was clean and had a great view of the falls. I have stayed at this hotel three times and will continue to return as a yearly tradition. It works well for my family!
