Great hotel in perfect location for San Francisco sightseeing. Clean, comfortable room with plenty of amenities. Free coffee in the morning and free flavoured water.

would stay for location only but nothing else stands out other than the amazing cleaning lady
Pros:

location and concierge were friendly and cleaning lady was the best - she was always cleaning in the lobby and on the floors, she was everywhere !

Cons:

payment confusion: they only would accept physical credit card, would not charge via booking.com or apple pay. in the end 2 physical credit cards were charged for the stay, not cool.

In desperate need of updates. Hallway needs painting. Not worth $350 per night. Check-in clerk was crabby and unhelpful.

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt und konnten die Stadt problemlos erkunden.
Pros:

Die Lage, Ausstattung und das Personal waren super. Toller Fitnessbereich. Es stehen kostenlose Nutzungen von Waschmaschine und Trockner zur Verfügung. Super Lobby - viele Spiele für Kids, morgens Kaffee und Heißgetränke.

Was a wonderful surprise, we were very comfortable here, and well hydrated with the water machine!
Pros:

Great location, close to the waterfront and the trolleys. Very comfortable room and bed. The rain shower was amazing. The water machine was INCREDIBLE! They want you to use your own water bottles and be green. The machine had still and sparkling water, plus you could add flavors like lime, grapefruit, cucumber, or coconut. And you could even use multiple flavors at the same time. Right next to the ice machine that never ran out of ice. We loved our stay here.

Cons:

parking our rental car was $80 a day, that was the only negative.
