Everything, it was perfect, great value for money
Nothing
The location was excellent. I was never too far from anything I wanted to do or anywhere I wanted to go.
It was clean for the most part, but there was a spot in the upper corner of the shower where you can clearly see that there was some sort of water damage and that spot had never been repaired. And at some point during my stay, I had asked that my sheets and towels be exchanged. After about an hour and 30 min. no one had come to do the exchange. When I left to get something to eat I stopped at the front desk to ask again. The gentleman at the front desk got on his radio and asked housekeeping to do the exchanges. When I returned to my room there was a bag of fresh linen on the floor next to the door inside my room. I have never in my life had to change my own sheets and towels in a hotel that I was staying at. I don’t care if that Sonesta and a Super 8 were the last two hotels standing by the airport, I’m staying at the Super 8. That one experience was enough for me to honestly say that I will never stay at another Sonesta, but If I do it definitely won’t be that one.

The beer was great. I had an awesome sleep. The bed felt like heaven the pillows was awesome. I didn’t get to do anything else because on my day I end up getting sick and IThe beer was great. Didn’t get to experience the breakfast. I didn’t know it came with a room.
The parking was awful. It was hard to find a park. That’s the only downfall I could say I had.

The bed was comfortable, room was spacious
Horrendous customer service. The front desk refused to check-in folks (for over 3 hours apparently, I only caught the last hour of it). Zero communication on what was happening, the clerk kept saying "please have a seat". I finally got a room around 1:30AM. There were loud construction fans scattered around the hallways & cardboard on the floor.
They where breaking in all the trucks in the parking lot. I couldn't even sleep
