Cons:

Burger place did have any tv on and the vibe wasnt there. Hot tub wasn’t hot and there was only one elevator operating

Die Unterkunft ist gut, die Verpflegung so gut wie nicht vorhanden.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage zum Flughafen Atlanta und bietet auch einen Transfer an. Auch der Weg zur Mietwagen Rückgabe ist mit 6 Minuten Super. Nur das Restaurant im Hotel ist keine Empfehlung.

Cons:

Ich habe das Hotel mit Frühstück bei Bocking.com gebucht. Das Hotel bietet aber kein Frühstück. Also ist da ein Fehler bei den Stammdaten von Bocking.com. Man konnte aber gegen zusätzliche Bezahlung im Restaurant frühstücken. Wer auf kalten Kaffee steht, der ist da gut aufgehoben. Wir waren auch am Abend dort essen, hat sich angeboten. Das war aber ein Fehler. Bitte geht in ein Restaurant in der Nähe, davon gibt es einige und beendet Euren Urlaub nicht mit einem negativ Ergebnis, da das Restaurant nicht zu empfehlen ist.

I like this hotel & will return if the need arises.
Pros:

I ate in the restaurant & was the only person there. The bar was closed so I expect no one was interested. Hopefully they get the bar open soon. The wait staff was very pleasant & helpful.

Buena ubicación, pero atención mejorable

Lo mejor del alojamiento es su cercanía al aeropuerto у el servicio de shuttle, que resulta bastante práctico para quienes tienen vuelos. El proceso de llegada fue sencillo y el primer chico que me atendió en recepción fue muy amable y atento.

Cons:

El hotel no recibe pagos en efectivo, algo que considero importante informar previamente. Al momento del pago me cobraron inicialmente un valor inferior al indicado en mi reserva y posteriormente se percataron del error. No tuve ningún inconveniente en pagar el valor correcto, pero considero que llamar a la habitación bastante tarde en la noche para solucionar algo que podía resolverse perfectamente a la mañana siguiente, al momento del check-out, no fue lo más apropiado. También percibí que, salvo la persona que me recibió inicialmente, la atención del resto del personal fue poco cordial.

Pros:

Knowledgeable,professional staff and the very clean room

Cons:

Wait time at restaurant was horrible,I waited 45mins for a sampler appetizer that was tasteless. Whole time waiting for sampler I watched the cooks in the back talk laugh and eat. The quality of the food is horrible for the price. Hope that they revamp the entire food menu.

My 1st stay was great
Pros:

The staff was great they actually had staff to understand English and the check in process was a success ani can't think of the clerk that check me in on Saturday was a very very professional attitude me an my friend booked with different 3rd party an we wanted to be on same floor an the clerk had no issues she made sure we got what we asked for i really feel bad because i don't remember the clerks name but she definitely deserves to be recognized only if i could remember her my stay was great will be back if i needed a hotel in Atlanta
