Avoid like the plague if you value your time & sleep
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, room was spacious

Cons:

Horrendous customer service. The front desk refused to check-in folks (for over 3 hours apparently, I only caught the last hour of it). Zero communication on what was happening, the clerk kept saying "please have a seat". I finally got a room around 1:30AM. There were loud construction fans scattered around the hallways & cardboard on the floor.

Southern Hospitality in Atlanta.
Pros:

Bed and room very comfortable. Food was fresh a good, the menu as a little limited if you were there for many days as they were having the kitchen remodelled.

Cons:

Nothing as it was the perfect place to stay with all the staff showing southern friendliness and hospitality.

Bad experience
Cons:

I had a bad experience with the receptionist who asked me a deposit of 50 US dollars. She told me my credit card did not work out and at the end she took me a deposit of 200 US dollars. And now I have the bad surprise they refund me only 50 us dollars but she kept the 150. I’m very upset about this situation. Now I need to find a way to get back my money

Breakfast included was advertised and we got charged $25 per person for a lukewarm very basic breakfast…also ants in the indoor pool area coming from a cracked tile and our bathroom has no vent and smells like mold.

Pros:

Arrived via airport shuttle. You should add it to mode of transportation.
Check in was easy. Bed and pillows very comfortable!
Bedroom a bit challenging to navigate. One of the shower amenities on the wall interferes with using the shower. Not good placement….
Room was clean it was very short stay since we had an early flight. Would stay there again.
