Personeel super vriendelijke en professioneel en echt Geduldig doen ze alles om te helpen en mee denken voor mij ik ben een moeder met een speciale kind erg belangrijk.

Cons:

Dat booking.com NIET door geeft dat het hotel nu met renovatie bezig is en het zou moeilijk zijn met uitslapen veel lawaai en toch probeer het hotel rekening mee te houden.

Slaapbank in de kamer vreselijk!! Maar ...

Zo lief van de receptioniste, ze heeft wel aangeboden om te veranderen van kamer ze was echt super dankjewel!

Das Frühstück war super

Cons:

Bauarbeiten in anderen Zimmern. Ist natürlich verständlich das sowas mal passiert, aber das ist das einzige was „gestört“ hat.

Szanowni Państwo,
piszę w sprawie pobytu w Państwa obiekcie w dniach [09-13.07.2026]. Niestety, muszę zgłosić kilka poważnych zastrzeżeń dotyczących standardu zakwaterowania, za które zapłaciłem.
Zgodnie z potwierdzeniem rezerwacji oraz korespondencją mailową, dla trzech osób miało być zapewnione odpowiednie spanie, w tym kanapa/rozkładana sofa. W rzeczywistości otrzymaliśmy połamane dostawne łóżko, które przez całe 4 dni pobytu nie zostało naprawione ani wymienione pomimo zgłoszenia. Dodatkowo zamiast wygodnej kanapy dla trzeciej osoby dostaliśmy prowizoryczne sklecone posłania, które nie spełniały nawet podstawowych standardów. Ktoś spał na podłodze.
Warunki w pokoju również pozostawiały wiele do życzenia – temperatura była bardzo wysoka, a posiadany wiatrak/wentylator nie był w stanie jej obniżyć. Mała lodówka działała bardzo słabo, co znacznie utrudniało przechowywanie żywności.
Oczekiwałem standardu zgodnego z opisem i zapłaconą kwotą, natomiast otrzymałem zupełnie inną jakość zakwaterowania.
Proszę o wyjaśnienie sytuacji oraz rozważenie stosownego rekompensaty za niekomfortowy pobyt.
