Betalende parking onder hotel, met lift bereikbaar
Prima ontbijt (meer uitgebreid in weekend dan in de week, maar toch meer dan voldoende)
Vriendelijk personeel

Vlakbij stad en U-bahn (bvb richting Messe)

Cons:

Niks viel ons erg tegen, maar veel straatgeluiden tot op kamer hoorbaar.
Ook kamertemp moeilijk te regelen (zonder verwarming aan en al behoorlijk warm in febr - geen airco)

Wir hatten anfangs ein Zimmer direkt über der Lüftung, auch sehr laut. Haben dann aber freundlicher Weise ein anderes Zimmer bekommen

Freundliches Haus in top Lage
Pros:

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dafür sind alle Zimmer sehr groß im vergleich zu den meisten anderen moderneren Hotels dieser Klasse. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist dafür sehr gut. Das ganze Hotel ist trotzdem gut gepflegt und sehr sauber. Es gibt ein sehr gutes Frühstück, bei dem es an nichts fehlt. Warme Speisen, wie Spiegelei, Omelette und Co. werden auf Anfrage frisch zubereitet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche Personal und zwar in wirklich allen Bereichen. Wir sind öfter im FOUR Essen City und es ist keine Ausnahme. Alle Menschen sind äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, selbst wenn mal etwas fehlt oder nicht in Ordnung war. Ein wirklich tolles Team. Vielen Dank dafür.

Die Zimmer sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, hier könnte ein bisschen was getan werden.
