Das Personal war sehr nett und das Hotel hat eine super Lage

Sehr zentral gelegen und die Aussicht war sehr schön

Cons:

Die Betten bzw. Matratzen waren zu weich und die Kissen sehr schlecht

Die Lage ist super zentral und ich konnte alles zu Fuß erledigen, keine Parkplatzsuche

Pros:

Ich war das erste Mal im Best Western in Bautzen. Die Suite ist sehr großzügig. Besonders gefiel mir der Balkon und der Blick aus dem runden Fenster auf den Reichenturm.
Für mich war auch wichtig, dass ich die Fenster über Nacht offen lassen konnte.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es wurden Produkte einer regionalen Fleischerei angeboten. Eierspeisen wie Spiegelei oder Omelette wurden auf Bestellung frisch zubereitet.

Cons:

Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber.
Da es keine Klimaanlage gibt, sollte auf jeden Fall ein Ventilator angefragt werden.

Pros:

Von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute ein rundum traumhafter Urlaub. Hotel im Zentrum. Haben statt dem gebuchten Doppelzimmer eine Suite bekommen (VIELEN LIEBEN DANK NOCHMAL).
Das Frühstück hervorragend.
Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

1x und nie wieder. Voll enttäuscht da deutlich mehr erwartet für 4 Sterne

Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen und Parken 12Euro die man zahlt doch wenn man rausfährt nach Ankunft und später wieder kommt ist alles voll und dann laut Personal hat man Pech- steht dann Banner an Schranke „besetz alles voll“; unfreundlich an der Rezeption diesbezüglich und Türkarte geht mal und dann wieder nicht. Laufspiel an Rezeption. Bett war schrecklich und das kleine Kissen. ; die Bettdecke war genauso unangenehm 4 Sterne auf keinen Fall. Altbackend, abgenutzt, dreckig. Seife roch fürchterlich und die Handtücher steif und muffig. Kein Bademantel und Gästeschuhe vorhanden . Laut ,da zu Straße raus musste man Fenster schließen sonst kein Schlaf.
