You get what you pay for and I did not pay much.
Pros:

I had a place to rest my head, this is all I really expected.

Cons:

It was in bad shape, drapes did not adequately cover window, hair dryer was falling off wall and did not work, tub was stained, carpet wash likely dirty. But, I just wanted a place to sleep and for $74, it delivered about what I could reasonably expect, given the location.

I don't like that all these hotel chains used to be nice facilities with swimming pools and breakfast in the morning. Over the years the owners let everything go to crap. The pools all closed down because it costs money to maintain. Breakfast/coffee costs money to

Would not stay here again.
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

It’s filthy. Hallways, rooms…filthy. Also, no safety. Definitely did not feel safe. Clerk is behind plexiglass for their safety, but you’re on your own.

The property is in a great location and the price was fair.

Cons:

The room was very dirty and needed some work. The toilet was very loose and all of the walls and floors were dirty. The tub had mold in it and needed it to be rehabbed

Place was digusting, pissy bedding, dirty trash cans, pubic or facial hair on the sink, dirty shower and shower curtains, smelly damped carpet throughout the facility, dark rooms, lamps barely worked i had better ststs for this price someone need to call tge health department on this place

Relaxing Weekend
Pros:

Location and access to everything I know in the area was perfect. It was nice to be right in the middle of where my house is and my girlfriends so I could pick her up and relax instead of driving a lot.

Cons:

The fact that there wasn't an ICE machine and I had to sttop everything I was doing and drive to a gas station to buy a bag of ice, that I then had to leave in the sink so it wouldn't leak all over the floor was a HUGE issue for a Hotel. That is a BASIC amenity.

Don't expect too much. For the price you are paying.
Pros:

Quiet place

Cons:

The smell of the elevator and hallway. The room wasn't completely clean. There are stuffs ( toys, shoes, and even lighter is hiding) underneath the bed and bedside table. There's not enough thrash bin.
