הזמנתי 5 חדרים להנות מיום נשואים ויום הולדת עם חברים..
שילמנו יותר כדיי שיהיה לנו אפשרות לשבת ולהנות מהספא של המלון...
בספא היו מלא ילדים שקפצו עלינו בזקוזי ללא נפרעה עם צרחות עד שנאלצנו לצאת ממנו ..אותו הדבר היה גם בשבת... המציל יושב רואה סרט בטלפון ולא עושה דבר למנוע את ההפרעה...
המטרה הייצה להישאר במלון עד אחר הצהריים ולהנות יחד..
נאלצנו כבר בשעה 11:30 לברוח מהמלון ולחפש מקום אחר לשבת יחד ..
לא ממליץ להגיע למלון הזה...
צוות ללא יחס ושרות לאורחים...
חפשו מקום אחר...
אין תמורה לכסף...
תברחו וחפשו מלון אחר.

Pros:

The property is in a good location the view and the balcony is excellent. The service at the desk was wonderful. The person that at the desk her name was Anastasiia. She was excellent person. She gave us the great service that I cannot even describe. She was really a professional worker and I have to say she is an asset to the hotel. She was so nice to us. it’s unbelievable. I was surprised and she was smiling, and she answered all that questions you don’t see something like this every day we are appreciated very much and want to thank you so much and hope the owner will know about it because this is the kind of people makes your day. Thank you again. and also will tell our friends oversee to choose your hotel. Thank you so much.

Cons:

It was very clean we like the breakfast. The breakfast was very delicious. The food was hot. The view at the dining room was spectacular. We loved that we had a great time. Thank you again.

Highly recommended
Pros:

Great value for money! Great location at Carmel center near the carmelit station. Usually costs more but it was a great value for money on independence day. Staff were lovely, parking was free specifically on our stay (usually isn't). Very clean and amazing bay view.

Cons:

While the lobby was upscaled with great modern design, the room was a little outdated and the interior was literally a little old (e.g. the wooden doors for the bathroom and closet were a little bloated and didn't open and close properly). Our specific room was close to the lobby which was a little noisy on fri-sat. With all that being said, it didn't take away from the experience which was GREAT!

הבריכה הייתה קפואה והג׳קוזי היה סופר רותח. ביקשנו מספר פעמים לטפל מכמה עובדים, והם העבירו אותנו מאחד לשני מבלי לטפל.
אין בריכה חיצונית, אלא רק מקורה שאמורה להיות מחוממת.
חבל שלא טופל למרות שביקשנו מספר פעמים.
היו לנו 6 חדרים.
