Pros:

Hotel is located in a quiet area in the city. Free underground parking. From the hotel, almost everywhere in Haifa is within 15 minute drive. Room was spacius, excellent service.

נתנו את החדר שלי למישהו אחר ואף אחד לא התנצל או לקח אחריות. פיצוי לא קיבלנו בשום שלב!

נתנו את החדר שלנו למישהו אחר!!!!! 😮😮😮

עשינו הזמנה של 2 חדרים דרך בוקינג, אחותי ואני עם עוד 4 ילדים. אחרי ההזמנה התקשרנו למלון לוודא שההזמנה התקבלה ולבקש ששני החדרים יהיו צמודים. הם התקשו למצוא את ההזמנה כי השמות של החדרים היו כתובים בעברית והם קיבלו את זה בג׳יבריש. אבל הם מצאו את ההזמנה ואישרו שהחדרים יהיו צמודים. עשינו את הוידוא הזה לפחות 3 פעמים בטלפון, בשום שלב לא ביקשו מאיתנו לשנות את השמות לאנגלית ככה שזה נשאר בעברית (ובעצם אצלם במערכת זה מוצג בג׳יבריש).

גם ביום ההזמנה כשהגענו הם התקשו למצוא את ההזמנה כי השמות היו בג׳יבריש, אבל בסוף מצאו את ההזמנה , החדרים לא היו מוכנים עדיין אז הלכנו לחכות במתקני המלון. כשהחדרים היו מוכנים אני כבר הייתי צריכה לנסוע לבדיקה אצל רופא אז אחותי לקחה חדר אחד בינתיים (כי כדי לקבל מפתח צריך לשלם). כשחזרתי מהבדיקה שילמתי על החדר, נתנו לי מפתח ולמרבה ההפתעה היו בחדר מזוודות ותיקים של מישהו אחר!!! 😮😮😮
באותה מידה יכולתי להיכנס לחדר ולראות אנשים עירומים או מי יודע מה. והילדים היו איתי והיו יכולים לראות את זה!!!! למזלי ולמזלם לא היה בחדר אף אחד.
חזרתי לקבלה ולא הצליחו להבין איך החדר ניתן למישהו אחר בינתיים, ועוד האשימו את בוקינג (מה אכפת לי בתור לקוחה איך בוקינג מעבירה לכם את המידע?? אתם לא דרשתם אותו בשום שלב!) רק הציעו לי חדר אחר שלא יהיו צמוד או לעבור לשני חדרים אחרים צמודים אבל בעצם חדרים פחות טובים ממה שהזמנו. הבטיחו לנו החזר אבל עד היום לא קיבלנו אותו!! 😡

בזמן השהייה במלון אני ו 2 הבנים שלי נפצענו, עם מכות, נפיחות והרבה דם, רק בגלל איך שהמלון והחדר מסודרים!

כשעשינו צ׳ק אאוט לא רק שלא נתנו לנו החזר או פיצוי אלא עוד טענו שאנחנו צריכים לשלם כי חדר אחד לא שולם!
הם לא הצליחו למצוא במערכת שלהם שום תיעוד שהחדר שולם (איך לעזאזל המערכת שלכם עובדת?? גם לא מציגה לכם שהחדר תפוס ואתם מעבירים אותו הלאה לאורח אחר וגם לא מראה לכם שהחדר שולם??? מה זה בית מלון רמה ג׳??)
בסוף הם מצאו אבל עד עכשיו אף אחד לא התנצל על מה שקרה, החזר לא קיבלנו ובשום שלב לא חשבו לפצות אותנו או לתת לנו חווית שהייה נעימה יותר במלון.

כף רגלי לא תדרוך שם יותר! ביזיון!!!

הפוטנציאל אדיר אך נדרשת השקעה כדי להרים את הרמה וחווית האירוח

אהבנו את הנוף המהמם שנשקף ממרפסת החדר. גודל החדר עם המרפסת מצוין. בקבלה ובבר היו מאוד אדיבים וזמינים

Cons:

ניכר כי המלון לא שודרג הרבה שנים. בחדר הייתה סתימה בכיור ורק ב23 בלילה ואחרי 3 פניות באו לטפל בזה.
הכספת לא עבדה וכך גם המגהץ..
מאוד חיכינו לבריכה ולמתקנים והופתענו שהמתחם קטן וישן. מיהרנו לצאת בשל הצפיפות
