ארוחת הבוקר מגוונת ומצויינת
נאלצנו לעזוב את המלון לאחר ארוחת הבוקר בגלל המצב הביטחוני
אהבנו הכל אבל המיטה הנפתחת היתה נוראית!

ארוחת בוקר טובה ועשירה.
נפלנו על יום שבת ומלחמה בהפתעה והצוות הסכימו לתת לנו לצאת מאוחר יותר. תודה!
דרושים שיפוצים בחדר, לפחות זה שאנחנו שהינו בו. המים במקלחון הציפו את כל חדר המקלחת, הטלפון לא עובד ונאמר לנו שזאת תקלה ידועה, המיטה הנפתחת מתפרקת והבד פרום.
אוכל מאוד מצומצם ולא עשיר בארוחת בוקר

Good potential if we got the room that we have reserved.
We were disappointed that the room with balcony that we have invited was not provided to us. The receptionist said she just does not have it, even though it was confirmed in our reservation.

קיבלנו את החדר מהר , חדר גדול מסודר ומרווח. שידרגו אותנו עם נוף לחדר
יש למלון פוטנציאל להיות מעולה אבל הגענו לסופ״ש ביום חמישי וביום שישי בשעה 8 בבוקר (ישנו) ודפקו בדלת שירות ניקיון לחדר, מן הסתם לא ניקו כי ישנו. יצאנו מהחדר בבוקר וקנינו לקבלה שינקו את החדר. אמרה שהיא שולחת. יצאנו לאורך כל היום וחזרנו לקראת 3 בצהריים. נכנסו לחדר החליפו פח ומגבות. החדר מטונף לא ניקו את הרצפה, לא מילאו נייר ולא סידרו כלום. רק מילאו מגבות ויצאו. ביקשנו ניקיון לחדר חזרו וניקו את הכל.
בנוסף אין חניה מסודרת. חניה בעלות 45 שקל ליום, בחוץ כחול לבן. האוכל מזעזע כמו אוכל של צהרון. אכלנו עוף והיה לו טעם של נקניק. אוכל ממש ממש לא טעים. המלון מהמם ונראה טוב וכל השינוע מסביב מבאסת למרות שהאנשי קבלה ובחדר אוכל היו אדיבים.
