Highly recommended
Pros:

Great value for money! Great location at Carmel center near the carmelit station. Usually costs more but it was a great value for money on independence day. Staff were lovely, parking was free specifically on our stay (usually isn't). Very clean and amazing bay view.

Cons:

While the lobby was upscaled with great modern design, the room was a little outdated and the interior was literally a little old (e.g. the wooden doors for the bathroom and closet were a little bloated and didn't open and close properly). Our specific room was close to the lobby which was a little noisy on fri-sat. With all that being said, it didn't take away from the experience which was GREAT!

הבריכה הייתה קפואה והג׳קוזי היה סופר רותח. ביקשנו מספר פעמים לטפל מכמה עובדים, והם העבירו אותנו מאחד לשני מבלי לטפל.
אין בריכה חיצונית, אלא רק מקורה שאמורה להיות מחוממת.
חבל שלא טופל למרות שביקשנו מספר פעמים.
היו לנו 6 חדרים.

מיקום גבוה אם נוף מדהים אוכל בשפע טעים וטרי אנחנו הגענו לצערי בזמן מילחמה רוב השירותים לא היו זמינים אך הצוות עשה הכול כדאי שהשהות שלנו תהיה ונעימה

זה לא משהו שלא אהבנו פשוט הגענו בזמן מילחמה היה רשום באתר שהבריכה פתוחה בפועל הי היתה סגורה גם כול שאר הדברים שם

חדר ליידי היו זוג שרבו כול הזמן היה המון צעקות בהתחלה דיגלתי אבל כשנסיתי לישון והשעה הייתה 00:30 בלילה זה התחיל להפריע לי בשעה 1:00 החלטתי להתקשר לקבלה אבל איזו הפתעה הוא לא עובד בכלל..אחרי כשעה כבר נשברתי ולא אהבתי את האווירה היה ממש צעקות וקללות לאורך כול הערב וזה לא נפסק..רציתי רק לברוח וכשירדתי לקבלה לא היה אף אדם עד שחשבתי שהבחור שעומד בחוץ ומדבר עם חבר אוליהוא עובד בקבלה ותנחשו אכן הוא כן..בדרך כלל וכמו שנהוג צריך לשאול אדם למה הןא עושה צק אוט בשעה לא רלוונטית עם עיניים אדומות שהיו לי והיה נראה עליי מאוד עצבני..אז ביקשתי צק אווט הוא אמר שהכןל בסדר אני כבר שילמתי לא צריך כלום שאלתי אותו שלושה פעמים אבל אפילן לא שואל למה אני מבקש צק אןוט והוא ענה לא הכול בסדר אתה שילמת ואז שאלתי אותו למה הטלפון בחדר לא עובד הוא ענה שהטלפון צריך לעבוד זה היה כולכך משפיל..שהיתי בסוויטה הכי משפילה שהייתה לי בחיים..לדבר כזה אזור לקרוא מלון במיוחד בעיר יפה כמו חיפה זה היה מאוד מאוד משפיל אל תגיעו לשם ובכלל איש קבלה כמו אולג בטוח ובטוח זה לא המקום שלו.
