It was close by the hospital
Pros:

Room was clean

Cons:

Hole in wall in bathroom, rack falling down in bathroom, water pressure. Bathroom needs an upgrade.

Refrigerator was rusted at the bottom of the front

Had a smell in the room

Not a lot of choices for breakfast

Pros:

We were not the only guests with complaints and the man at the front desk was trying his best.

Cons:

The entire facility is in dire need of repair and increased safety and comfort standards (I won't even get to the cosmetic). The heating unit in our room was kicked in from the outside, so it was not working (and it was 45 degrees outside). The telephone did not work (we had to physically go to the front desk twice with our issues). There were two dirty washcloths left in the bathroom. The desk lamp did not work. And the fire alarm had been ripped out of the wall.

muy malo, pieza sucia, muebles antiguos, cama con colcha toda manchada, almohadas recicladas y vieja, baño tapada tina, no hacían el aseo, según no tenían personal y tuve que pedir un aseo que me sacaran la basura y destaparan la tina que estaba sucia y manchada, solo limpiaron ese día la habitación después de mi alegato pero no destaparon la tina que se llenaba de agua rápidamente y hacia un desagrado ducharse. el hotel esta en muy mal mantenimiento, lugar de desayuno precario y chico, y el desayuno cada día era mas malo, a medida pasaban los días ya no había leche, yogurt, quesillos pasta etc. y era muy básico. estaba en buen barrio pero alejado de todo.

Felt unsafe and left
Pros:

The front desk worker was kind. Check in went smooth. Later when we requested a refund he was understanding.

Cons:

Unsafe environment. Dead bolt on door was broken from being kicked down. Lights didn't work. Rough stairs leading to rooms with people hanging out. The first thing we did was leave.

Toilet would not flush. Toilet seat was loose on one side. Spider webs in corner of bathroom. Spider crossed the floor. Mattress was rock hard. Door latch needs oil. Difficult to close. Breakfast did not have decaf coffee. Cereal was all sugared and not plain.
