The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room reeked of cigarette smoke . The bedspread had stains on it. The room hadn't been dusted. The whole area could use a good coat of paint.
A simple air freshener would have helped the air in the room.

Location… I’m a hospital employee stuck there during a snow storm.

Cons:

The lining under the chair and bedskirt was falling apart. The tv didn’t work and the shower was disgusting.

It was close by the hospital
Pros:

Room was clean

Cons:

Hole in wall in bathroom, rack falling down in bathroom, water pressure. Bathroom needs an upgrade.

Refrigerator was rusted at the bottom of the front

Had a smell in the room
