Hotel guests can check-in any time after 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check out any time before 12:00 on the day of departure.
A security pre-authorization of GBP 50 per night is required upon arrival for incidentals on a credit card. This pre-authorization is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. The pre-authorization hold can take up to 7 days to release back into the guest’s account.
We offer a range of parking options, including discounted parking at the Highcross Rooftop car park or the NCP car park, which is adjacent to the hotel. Please speak to reception upon arrival to validate your parking ticket. Payment is made directly to the car park.
While we’re delighted to offer these discounted options, please note that parking is managed externally, and vehicles are left at the owner’s risk. Limited car parking spaces are available at the hotel for guests requiring accessible car parking and for vehicles over 6.7 feet including coaches. These cannot be pre-booked and are subject to availability upon arrival.
Please be advised that the card used for advance purchase rate reservations must be presented at check-in. Failure to do so will result in an alternative payment being required or refusal of check-in.
Please note that the hotel hosts Christmas parties in the evening during November and December, which conclude at 00:30. During these events, there will be limited restaurant service available at the property.

Staff very helpful and go above and beyond - especially the lady who checked us in and Robert, Francisco and Christina serving breakfast. The chef also made special eggs for us which was appreciated.
Room was comfy and a good size. Location great for exploring Leicester. Parking cost reasonable.
Room lighting was the only area needing improvement.
Really clean and comfortable. I only stayed for one night so can’t comment on the facilities but the staff were friendly, the parking was easy and had a reduced rate. Location was great for what I needed. Can’t really go wrong with one of the IHG hotels!

This property has so many pluses, location, safety,cleanliness, lovely friendly, respectful, kind,competent, professional staff, nice healthy variety of hot and cold breakfast option.( including with booking) Very good value for money. The hotel staff considered and acted appropriately including with compassion and safety to our children’s medical condition when informed.
We were allocated the second to last floor. The view was lovely but a bit scary. However, safety measures were noticeably taken.

The room with two double beds suited our family's stay. The beds are comfy.
For a room with two double beds accommodating three people, the basic amenities were surprisingly limited. There was only one teaspoon and just two tea sachets provided. No fridge. These are small details, but they fall short of the minimum you would reasonably expect for the number of guests staying in the room.
