Please note that, as of 20 March 2019, the hotel no longer offers the following facilities: Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, and Steam room.

Hotel guests can check-in any time after 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check out any time before 12:00 on the day of departure.

A security pre-authorization of GBP 50 per night is required upon arrival for incidentals on a credit card. This pre-authorization is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. The pre-authorization hold can take up to 7 days to release back into the guest’s account.

We offer a range of parking options, including discounted parking at the Highcross Rooftop car park or the NCP car park, which is adjacent to the hotel. Please speak to reception upon arrival to validate your parking ticket. Payment is made directly to the car park.

While we’re delighted to offer these discounted options, please note that parking is managed externally, and vehicles are left at the owner’s risk. Limited car parking spaces are available at the hotel for guests requiring accessible car parking and for vehicles over 6.7 feet including coaches. These cannot be pre-booked and are subject to availability upon arrival.

Please be advised that the card used for advance purchase rate reservations must be presented at check-in. Failure to do so will result in an alternative payment being required or refusal of check-in.

Please note that the hotel hosts Christmas parties in the evening during November and December, which conclude at 00:30. During these events, there will be limited restaurant service available at the property.

The breakfast made my staying a memorable one.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, so many varieties and the coffee station was outstanding.

The location is good but not to safe because the tiny road leads to a major road and one driver almost knock me out when trying to go put stuff inside my car, the speed at which he was driving is far too high.

Nothing. I think the adverts were deceitful.

Cons:

The staff are dubious and very untruthful. I booked and paid for a Super King Size bedroom, but I was given a Queens room, and when I complained, the staff told me that I could either take it or leave it. There was no apology whatsoever , it was as if they did me a favour by allowing me to stay in their hotel.
It was unbelievable .
I will never recommend this hotel to anyone .
The room was very warm and I couldn’t sleep overnight. This is the first time I have experienced such very poor service in all my years of travelling.
The lighting is very poor . We couldn’t see .

Unbelievable and a disaster
Pros:

Very appalling. We were chased out at 09:00 am in the morning by a cleaner that kept insisting she needed to clean the room. It was unbelievable . The staff were very rude. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told the manager is not available. When I went to check out at the Front Desk, I insisted to speak to the Manager . I was told the manager was not available and they he wi call me in about an hour . I did not receive any call from the manager .

Cons:

There was nothing to like. We were given wrong rooms. Not what we paid for.
