Please note that, as of 20 March 2019, the hotel no longer offers the following facilities: Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, and Steam room.

Hotel guests can check-in any time after 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check out any time before 12:00 on the day of departure.

A security pre-authorization of GBP 50 per night is required upon arrival for incidentals on a credit card. This pre-authorization is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. The pre-authorization hold can take up to 7 days to release back into the guest’s account.

We offer a range of parking options, including discounted parking at the Highcross Rooftop car park or the NCP car park, which is adjacent to the hotel. Please speak to reception upon arrival to validate your parking ticket. Payment is made directly to the car park.

While we’re delighted to offer these discounted options, please note that parking is managed externally, and vehicles are left at the owner’s risk. Limited car parking spaces are available at the hotel for guests requiring accessible car parking and for vehicles over 6.7 feet including coaches. These cannot be pre-booked and are subject to availability upon arrival.

Please be advised that the card used for advance purchase rate reservations must be presented at check-in. Failure to do so will result in an alternative payment being required or refusal of check-in.

Please note that the hotel hosts Christmas parties in the evening during November and December, which conclude at 00:30. During these events, there will be limited restaurant service available at the property.

Extremely well located hotel for the De Montfort Uni and the new Shopping centre.
Pros:

Check in and check out was efficient. Bed very comfortable
Smart reception

Cons:

The carpet was very worn just outside the bathroom door.
The passageway leading to the bedroom was somewhat dated, (although the carpet was smart and in good condition)

Over all our stay was very good and excellent location
Pros:

The bed was very nice. Breakfast was very good also and staff at breakfast very helpful.

Cons:

The only problem we had was the noise at night from the cars in the street. Also in the bathroom we expected to had some sleepers to use getting out from the bath and the level of the bath was high and was not that easy to get out and not wide enough. It would be better if we had a confrontable shower instead of a bath. And one last thing the temperature of the water in the bath was not steady. Sometimes was getting hotter and sometimes more cold.

The breakfast was very greasy, scrambles eggs just not in any way ok. I wish I had not booked for breakfast - we had it twice - once was enough...
