Please note that, as of 20 March 2019, the hotel no longer offers the following facilities: Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, and Steam room.

Hotel guests can check-in any time after 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check out any time before 12:00 on the day of departure.

A security pre-authorization of GBP 50 per night is required upon arrival for incidentals on a credit card. This pre-authorization is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. The pre-authorization hold can take up to 7 days to release back into the guest’s account.

We offer a range of parking options, including discounted parking at the Highcross Rooftop car park or the NCP car park, which is adjacent to the hotel. Please speak to reception upon arrival to validate your parking ticket. Payment is made directly to the car park.

While we’re delighted to offer these discounted options, please note that parking is managed externally, and vehicles are left at the owner’s risk. Limited car parking spaces are available at the hotel for guests requiring accessible car parking and for vehicles over 6.7 feet including coaches. These cannot be pre-booked and are subject to availability upon arrival.

Please be advised that the card used for advance purchase rate reservations must be presented at check-in. Failure to do so will result in an alternative payment being required or refusal of check-in.

Please note that the hotel hosts Christmas parties in the evening during November and December, which conclude at 00:30. During these events, there will be limited restaurant service available at the property.

Ok the usual hassles of travelling seems nobody gets it right these days

air con in room jumped off 16 to 20 every time I pressed it - is this a cost saving measure I wonder 🫤

Booking.com says breakfast included in my stay , hotel says not 🙃.

Voelde als thuiskomen.
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel. Robert gaf je warm welkom en adviseerde wat je kunt bezoeken in de stad. Marina legde met veel geduld uit hoe de bussen werken. Joseph heeft ons ingecheckt de taxi geregeld naar de airport. Deze mensen gingen die extra mile voor de klant En dat wordt zeer gewaardeerd.

Cons:

Er was 1 keer voortgekomen dat er na het schoonmaken van de kamer een set te weinig handdoeken was klaargelegd. Echter, dit was snel opgelost via receptie.

Great value city centre hotel with lovely breakfast
Pros:

Great location. Very clean hotel. Rooms good size and comfy (we had a room near the lift and didn't hear any noise at all)

Breakfast in the morning was really good. Everything clean and tidy. Fresh food and staff were very friendly and chatty especially with my son which he loved.

Location was perfect. Right in the city centre if you want to explore Leicester. We went to the National Space Centre and was only 10 / 15 min drive from hotel.

Secure car park right outside the hotel as-well.

Cons:

Nothing not to like.

Das Personal sehr freundlich, obwohl ich kaum englisch gesprochen habe. Waren Hilfsbereit bei fragen. Kann nur ein großes Lob aussprechen. Macht weiter so

Cons:

Das es nur englisches Breakfarst gab bis auf Brötchen und Marmelade. Es waren auch genug Müsli da, doch ein bisschen mehr europäische hätte ich mir gewünscht. So wie in deutschen Hotels. Das ist nur eine Anmerkung nicht mehr.
