Please note that, as of 20 March 2019, the hotel no longer offers the following facilities: Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, and Steam room.

Hotel guests can check-in any time after 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check out any time before 12:00 on the day of departure.

A security pre-authorization of GBP 50 per night is required upon arrival for incidentals on a credit card. This pre-authorization is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. The pre-authorization hold can take up to 7 days to release back into the guest’s account.

We offer a range of parking options, including discounted parking at the Highcross Rooftop car park or the NCP car park, which is adjacent to the hotel. Please speak to reception upon arrival to validate your parking ticket. Payment is made directly to the car park.

While we’re delighted to offer these discounted options, please note that parking is managed externally, and vehicles are left at the owner’s risk. Limited car parking spaces are available at the hotel for guests requiring accessible car parking and for vehicles over 6.7 feet including coaches. These cannot be pre-booked and are subject to availability upon arrival.

Please be advised that the card used for advance purchase rate reservations must be presented at check-in. Failure to do so will result in an alternative payment being required or refusal of check-in.

Please note that the hotel hosts Christmas parties in the evening during November and December, which conclude at 00:30. During these events, there will be limited restaurant service available at the property.

Great Visit
Pros:

Location is excellent in the centre of the city. Spacious, modern, comfortable. Rooms are quite large and have all the amenities required as well toiletries Tea/Coffee a mini fridge and a safe. Very reasonable priced and lovely and clean. Despite its location it wasn't at all noisy. The staff were excellent, very friendly and nothing too much trouble for them.
Breakfast is buffet style and very very tasty, the bacon was a particular highlight I even asked where they bought it. The bar in the evening had a nice ambiance too. No Gym or Pool sadly but the price reflects that.

Located next to an NCP Car Park but advice I was given was to park in the rooftop carpark above John Lewis and its just a short walk., the hotel has a discounted rate.

One night trip for work but hotel delivered everything we needed.
Pros:

Easy to find. Great location.

Joseph and his staff team on booking and checking in were excellent. Friendly, professional, kind and funny. A great asset.

Overall, we had a nice day just a few small tweaks would make it even better!
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable stay.

Cons:

Tea and coffee in the room wasn’t reflected for three people had to ask for more supplies and only two mugs supplied given the booking was for three people.
Bar closes too early.
Choice of Bar menu after hours could be better.
It would be more convenient if the NCP car park was affiliated with the hotel and offered discounts for Hotel guests.

Lovely Hotel. Excellent service
Pros:

Service was excellent. Staff very polite and courteous. would have liked more choice for breakfast. But apart from that we are very happy with the overall service.
