Please note that, as of 20 March 2019, the hotel no longer offers the following facilities: Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, and Steam room.

Hotel guests can check-in any time after 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check out any time before 12:00 on the day of departure.

A security pre-authorization of GBP 50 per night is required upon arrival for incidentals on a credit card. This pre-authorization is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. The pre-authorization hold can take up to 7 days to release back into the guest’s account.

We offer a range of parking options, including discounted parking at the Highcross Rooftop car park or the NCP car park, which is adjacent to the hotel. Please speak to reception upon arrival to validate your parking ticket. Payment is made directly to the car park.

While we’re delighted to offer these discounted options, please note that parking is managed externally, and vehicles are left at the owner’s risk. Limited car parking spaces are available at the hotel for guests requiring accessible car parking and for vehicles over 6.7 feet including coaches. These cannot be pre-booked and are subject to availability upon arrival.

Please be advised that the card used for advance purchase rate reservations must be presented at check-in. Failure to do so will result in an alternative payment being required or refusal of check-in.

Please note that the hotel hosts Christmas parties in the evening during November and December, which conclude at 00:30. During these events, there will be limited restaurant service available at the property.

Nicely decorated.

Cons:

Most of the staff were rude, also as it’s adjoining rooms you can hear absolutely everything word someone in the rooms next to you says. It’s very noisy as a result, and I was woken up and kept awake at 1am just by the room next to mine chatting.

Fab city break
Pros:

Location was fab for our needs ncp car park right next door and was only £15 for 24 hours when validated at checkout. Bar area very comfortable and breakfast was great plenty of choice and the dishes were well stocked. All the staff we met were very helpful and friendly too

Relaxing stay
Pros:

Walking distance to the city centre. Comfortable room and service was amazing. Lovely open reception area and plenty of seating. Big thank you to Angel who was very friendly, smiley and made sure we had everything we needed.
