Hotel guests can check-in any time after 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check out any time before 12:00 on the day of departure.
A security pre-authorization of GBP 50 per night is required upon arrival for incidentals on a credit card. This pre-authorization is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. The pre-authorization hold can take up to 7 days to release back into the guest’s account.
We offer a range of parking options, including discounted parking at the Highcross Rooftop car park or the NCP car park, which is adjacent to the hotel. Please speak to reception upon arrival to validate your parking ticket. Payment is made directly to the car park.
While we’re delighted to offer these discounted options, please note that parking is managed externally, and vehicles are left at the owner’s risk. Limited car parking spaces are available at the hotel for guests requiring accessible car parking and for vehicles over 6.7 feet including coaches. These cannot be pre-booked and are subject to availability upon arrival.
Please be advised that the card used for advance purchase rate reservations must be presented at check-in. Failure to do so will result in an alternative payment being required or refusal of check-in.
Please note that the hotel hosts Christmas parties in the evening during November and December, which conclude at 00:30. During these events, there will be limited restaurant service available at the property.

Vi hade en superbra vistelse! Det absolut bästa var personalen som var helt fantastiska och otroligt hjälpsamma. Läget är också jättebra med bara en kort promenad till city centre.
Det finns inget speciellt att klaga på överhuvudtaget.
Great location for city centre exploring, parking options closed by, lovely staff, good size rooms.

The beds were a bit hard
Easy check in and comfortable rooms. Very hospitable staff. Nice to have ironing facilities in the room as well as a hairdryer. Good breakfast choices aswell
Lights in the room felt a little dim and did see a few cobwebs but no spiders thank god..just need a little attention to that otherwise all was good.
