Cons:

Best western did not accept my guests and you still charged me in my credit card . Pls reverse the charge because my guests did not stay in the hotel the front desk said it’s not paid yet but i did give you my credit card info prior to booking .Thank you.

Not good. Very stressful.
Cons:

Our entire building smelled like cigarette smoke upon entry. Our room smelled so bad that my son who has asthma couldn’t breathe. We had to pack up our stuff. They moved us rooms but the other room was just as bad. They attempted to cover the smell with febreeze. We had to pick up again. There were also homeless people staying there and people with obvious drug problems. Having to go through all this with kids was very traumatizing. We asked for a refund and had to find another hotel last minute. Really bad experience. Building B is saturated with smoke.

Loved the breakfast!
Pros:

Great breakfast and comfortable stay.

Cons:

At first it didnt feel like it was in the safest area of town (we aren't familiar with the area and was just driving through), but the property required key cards to enter and did feel safe!
