The room was very clean and comfortable. Had a microwave and refrigerator.. Staff was nice.. Shampoo, conditioner n hand soap is in a fixed dispenser. Very nice all around...
Cleaning staff is loud, and doesn't speak English..
The staff at the breakfast buffet were very friendly. The meal selection was good.The air conditioning worked very well. I was able to park my car right outside the window of my room.
I would have liked more towels. We were three altogether, so one more large towel would have been nice.

I don’t know where to begin. I guess I could start with the girl at the desk. There’s so much to say about everything. I do not even feel safe here. I contacted Booking.com the moment I got in my room and I haven’t heard back from them yet how can I contact you guys without getting some results? I’m so disappointed. I have a high rated history using Booking.com for all my travel needs and you guys have fallen really short by representing this hotel, it’s filthy on the outside the key to the outside gate outside door and my room took at least 20 swipes each time I want to go through for it to work. Big sign on the outside of the door thank you for not smoking and admitted I walked in the hallway. You could smell marijuana wafting through the air. This place is a joke and I would like my money back.
The room was big. The property had a nice pool, work out room, nice breakfast area
Our room had been a smoking room in the past. The carpet smelled. The security doors were sometimes propped open. The guests were loud.
Room Had a nice Balcony View nice clean pool and hot tub great staff really clean facilities 10 out of 10
Breakfast was moderate and I liked it
Location it wasn’t good I could see people around the hotel suspicious who been no legal activity
