Not much
I don’t know where to begin. I guess I could start with the girl at the desk. There’s so much to say about everything. I do not even feel safe here. I contacted Booking.com the moment I got in my room and I haven’t heard back from them yet how can I contact you guys without getting some results? I’m so disappointed. I have a high rated history using Booking.com for all my travel needs and you guys have fallen really short by representing this hotel, it’s filthy on the outside the key to the outside gate outside door and my room took at least 20 swipes each time I want to go through for it to work. Big sign on the outside of the door thank you for not smoking and admitted I walked in the hallway. You could smell marijuana wafting through the air. This place is a joke and I would like my money back.
The room was big. The property had a nice pool, work out room, nice breakfast area
Our room had been a smoking room in the past. The carpet smelled. The security doors were sometimes propped open. The guests were loud.
Breakfast was moderate and I liked it
Location it wasn’t good I could see people around the hotel suspicious who been no legal activity

Homeless living on the parking lot, toilet broke used ice bucket to fill tank with water after each flush, tried using phone in room was dead to ask for extra towels so had to call them on my cell phone thry said ok never got the extra set of towels, screen door to patio fell off, entrance gate and building door both would slam shut went on for well over midnight and if that wasn't enough fire alarm went off at 2AM was told was probably a test, next morning told the front desk they said no towels available since house keeping doesn't come in till after 9 and Manger also not in till later in the morning so ftont desks reply sorry about the issues 😐

The pool
It was very expensive vs the condition of the area and service.
Very clean, attractive, beds were very comfortable with good pillows, towels were beautifully arranged in the bathroom, complimentary breakfast was great with lots of options, pool looked very inviting although we didn’t use it, staff was very friendly and welcoming, easy entry into gates and doors. We felt very comfortable.
Location wasn’t ideal. We didn’t use see a couple of people down the street who looked a bit sketchy, possibly homeless, on the day we arrived, but I never saw them again. The hotel had a double locked entry into our building that was very protective.

i fell at this facility. they could care less that I fell. no compassionate that I was severely hurt. they never called to see what was going on. the corporate office is also a joke. there was prostition and drug transactions going on.
