I’d certainly give Best Western Plus a second visit.
Pros:

Very quiet and you can always find a place to relax.

Cons:

Front desk staff was excellent unfortunately the janitorial staff told me on multiple occasions that they would bring back the laundry I gave them. Secondly, I never got my room cleaned by them during my stay.

Family friendly
Pros:

The hot tub was not working and we called the front desk and they fixed it right away. It made the rest of our stay so fun, the breakfast was excellent and i appreciated that it was guest only check in and not just anyone. I really was surprised how well my stay went thank you

Excellent motel to spend in.
Pros:

The property was safe, the beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The breakfast was delicious. I would stay there again.

It worked out, but I’m going to look for another hotel next time.
Pros:

We did not have breakfast as we were visiting family, but they told us they had a free continental breakfast if we needed. It was a centrally located hotel and close to our family.

Cons:

We used this hotel several years ago and were satisfied enough with it to return. I wouldn’t again. The location as severely degraded, many homeless circling the building and camping. My BIL works in gang outreach and says it is currently in a very very dangerous location with frequent shootings and violence as well. We didn’t feel safe leaving our car outside, traversing to and from the hotel, or sleeping in the hotel. The room was very dingy, which is sad because they were nice previously. The bed very very hard and uncomfortable. The window seal was broken and we were subjected to all night drag racing and emergency vehicle noises.
