horrible. had to stay close to were my new home was unfortunately.
Pros:

breakfast options were nice
parking was close to our room. sister and are both handicap
the bed was comfortable

Cons:

i fell at this facility. they could care less that I fell. no compassionate that I was severely hurt. they never called to see what was going on. the corporate office is also a joke. there was prostition and drug transactions going on.

Although there were minor issues, I will be staying here again.
Pros:

The room was clean, in a safe area. Staff was pleasant.

Cons:

On arrival, there wasn't a room ready. I had to wait around 20-25 minutes to have a room ready. The coffee maker did not work. On my way out, I let the young lady at the front desk know that it wasn't working. She said she will let someone know. I have stayed many times here, this is the first time that I had any issues.
