Hotel ok pour dormir mais pas pour farniente.
Pros:

Cons:

Breakfast was basic. Professional and friendly staff enhanced the breakfast experience and kept the area clean and neat.
Bathroom needs updated, it's tired and not what I would expect from a reputable hotel.

I could never recommend this Ramada.
Pros:

The lobby and breakfast area have been nicely remodeled. The breakfast had a good variety, although the hot offerings were the same everyday. The pool was heated, very nice and clean (and great except for the constant jet noise). There is a tiki bar restaurant adjacent to the hotel that was convenient with good food and live entertainment.

Cons:

This is a very old Ramada - two story with outside access. The room was like a dungeon/cave. It was dark with a window to the outside, but you had to keep the drapes pulled because people were constantly walking by. The air conditioning did not function well. The hot water never got hot. We reported it and maintenance came to fix it, but he was unable to. The faucet was full open to hot and it was just lukewarm. They just said "it's a 60 year old building, so we can't really do anything." The wi-fi dropped constantly and when we asked about it, they gave us a different account and password. Additionally, they are at the edge of the airport and in the landing pattern. The constant noise from the low flying commercial, military and private jets was so loud. The planes were so low, they felt right on top of you at the pool. This is on a busy highway and there is also a lot of road noise.

breakfast was good. breakfast staff was very nice. Harbor view was beautiful.

Cons:

ice machine should be in each building. no vending machine on site, which would be nice. coffee bar was nice but creamer (no flavor) was put away after breakfast hours.

Loved location and the beautiful views of the dock and landscaping on the grounds.

Cons:

Bathrooms were very small, no elevators, long walk to breakfast room and lobby, although the exercise did us good.

Great location , great customer service
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was nice and always smiling. The tiki bar was nice I had fun at karaoke night too. Its a good location to go to other places and close to the airport. I liked the breakfast fruit options.

Cons:

Need more tea options for people that don't drink coffee or chocolate. My bedroom was dark tbh especially where the tall mirror is.
