Pros:

Beds were comfortable. Breakfasts were great. Pool was nice

Cons:

Bathroom was outdated and a bit yucky. Staff (front desk) was not friendly and not very informative when we asked questions. Gym was very small. Internet Was not the best

Pros:

La experiencia durante nuestra estadía dejó mucho que desear. La marina estaba sucia, no había kayaks disponibles y el Tiki Bar tampoco estaba funcionando. Además, en el edificio ubicado en la esquina parecía vivir una persona que constantemente escupía en el pasillo por donde teníamos que caminar para subir a nuestra habitación, algo bastante desagradable.

Pero lo más preocupante ocurrió durante nuestra estadía: el Nintendo Switch de mi hijo desapareció.

Solicité revisar las cámaras de seguridad y el personal me proporcionó un video donde claramente se ve a mi hijo saliendo de la habitación con el Nintendo Switch en las manos. Cabe destacar que en ese momento íbamos a desayunar al lobby del mismo hotel. Permanecimos allí por menos de una hora y después regresamos a nuestra habitación.

Posteriormente, el personal aseguró que había revisado otro video en el que supuestamente se veía a mi hijo regresando y entrando nuevamente a la habitación con el Nintendo en la mano.

Naturalmente, pedí que me mostraran o me enviaran ese segundo video, de la misma manera que hicieron con el primero. Sin embargo, se negaron a mostrármelo.

Esto me parece sumamente extraño. No tuvieron ningún inconveniente en entregarme el video donde mi hijo sale con el Nintendo, pero cuando solicité el video que, según ellos, demuestra que regresó con él a la habitación después de desayunar, se negaron a proporcionarlo.

Debido a esta situación y a la falta de transparencia por parte del personal, me quedó la seria preocupación de que alguien pudiera haber entrado a nuestra habitación y tomado el Nintendo. No puedo afirmar que eso haya ocurrido porque no tengo pruebas, y precisamente por eso considero tan importante poder ver el video que ellos aseguran que existe.

Una situación como esta merecía mucha más transparencia y colaboración por parte del hotel. Lamentablemente, la manera en que fue manejada hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera todavía más negativa y nos dejó con muchas dudas.

Cons:

Estaba muy sucio en sus alrededores y no había disponible los kayaks, tikibar y demás cosas que decía que tenía en la publicación. Para mí fue publicidad engañosa

Location by the Aquarium, airport and many attractions also lot's of good food places.

Not quite you could hear everything on the outside, smlike smoke.people were living there lots of traffic noise and the building is very very old.

Great staff, great rooms, great breakfast
Pros:

For work-related reasons, I have been coming to Bradenton almost weekly for 4 years, and I've almost always stayed at this hotel. In all that time, I have always found the rooms to be clean and well-maintained. I've never seen stains on bedding or towels. I have always felt safe too. I prefer the "city" side because the parking is more convenient, and this ensures noise from the restaurant won't disturb me. Yes, I've had a sink or tub slow to drain, and other minor maintenance issues, but they were rare. I just let them know at checkout. I've never run into anything that was flat out disgusting or so significant I had to be moved to another room.

The staff are absolute jewels! The front desk crew tries hard every time to put me in my preferred area. I've always found them friendly, attentive and competent. Shout out to Alicia, Siomaris, Lisbet, Claudia and Rachel, who've all checked me in and/or out smoothly and with a smile.

The breakfast crew is just as great. Breakfast is always hot and delicious; I don't think I've ever had a disappointing bite from that breakfast bar. Miriam and Bruce are so friendly and attentive to guests.

I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros:

Everything was amazing. The breakfast was very complete with lot of different options of foods. Elaine and Miriam were so helpful with us 💗. The best is the service and the breakfast 🥞.

Pros:

The property was nice. Pool was nice. The restaurant was nice.

Cons:

Beds were a little firm for my liking but we're okay. I bathroom was small. The pool didn't have any towels for use but lots of used towels. Also people smoking on their decks above where people walk.

Wonderful get away.
Pros:

Very pretty view & was wonderful to sit out on the deck & order food. The food was very good too. Nice room, clean, & very quiet. Next morning we had the breakfast buffet with lots of choices. The hostesses, Patty & Miriam were very pleasant & welcoming.
