Until the hotel is totally renovated wouldn’t stay a night
Pros:

If you need to be at flender expo, this is a good spot

Cons:

Rooms are super old, uncomfortable, construction works are on going, no A/C. They could not manage construction works while still keeping the hotel operational… Reception can’t solve any complaints and problems

Pros:

La localisation de l'hotel était idéale pour notre évènement au Flanders Expo. Le parking dispose de bornes électriques. La chambre est bien, elle disposait d'une baignoire, la literie est agréable.

Cons:

Nous avions pris un late check-out mais celui-ci n'a pas été respecté et nous avons été reveillés par les employés de ménage. C'est d'ailleurs déjà la deuxième fois que cela nous arrive dans cet hotel.

Nice location. Friendly staff. Luxury room
Pros:

The location is fantastic as a short walk to the tram stop which is free on a Sunday. The room was spacious and bed comfortable with 2 TVs. Fresh decorated room as was part of the renovated section of the hotel. The breakfast had a large selection of cold and hot items.

Cons:

We booked a family room but we were given 2 separate rooms (a separate room for the 5yr and 11yr kids !!) - only half the hotel was renovated so they had no other family rooms (and the system had not been updated to reflect the room we had booked wasn't a family room anymore although the space in the room was massive and a sofabed would have fit with still enough room for the 2 coffee tables and 6 seats of chairs in the other half) so the kids slept on the floor with mattress and blankets for the 1 night we were there. The 2 other adults with us were given a room with no electric so had to be moved to another room.

Unterirdisch :(
Cons:

Wirklich schlimm.. komplette Baustelle und schlechte Zimmer, Gym geschlossen. Fenster war beschädigt und es kamen Moskitos durch das Gitter. Schimmel an den alten Badewannen, wir sind alle ungeduscht da weg. Zero hospitality einfach nur nervig.
