Pros:

Mooie gerenoveerde kamer. Zeer ruime vierpersoons kamer. Ontbijt was goed. Ligging dichtbij het centrum, De tram naar het centrum 30 minuten en 20 minuten fietsen naar het centrum

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Ontbijt kwaliteitsvol en voldoende variatie.
Parkeren mits betaling bij het hotel.
Openbaar vervoer (tram) naar centrum Gent op +- 200 meter van hotel

Cons:

Renovatiewerken in het hotel: (minimale) storing.
Het storend element werd vakkundig opgevangen door het personeel.
Hotel met auto was niet makkelijk te vinden - The Loop, Gent.

Geschikt hotel voor één nacht, voor autoreizigers.
Pros:

Kamer en comfort (koffie en thee-faciliteiten, airco) waren prima in orde.

Cons:

De omgeving is uiterst troosteloos, het hotel was voor fietsers moeilijk bereikbaar( en slecht aangegeven) , en de fietsenstalling was niet afgesloten en ver van de ingang.
De douche was riant maar uiterst glad, bij natheid.

Kind & helpful staffs, room is clean & nice!
Pros:

Staffs are so kind & helpful we check in early & late check out till 2pm with no extra fee. Breakfast is good. Bed are comfy , shower is good and the room we stay in is spacious..Transpo to Gent centrum is easy there is a few minutes walk tram station. Ticket you can buy it by the receptiion & its not expensive. We've enjoy our stay..

Cons:

There is a road work when we came driviing going to the hotel is so confusing, the board is to small to notice. In the hotel they are renovating the floor the time we stay. Except for that nothing to complain.

Goed hotel liggend aan metrostation om Gent te bezoeken.
Pros:

De mooie inrichting van de kamer.

Cons:

Er lag stof op de kasten in het tijdelijke restaurant. Aangezien er verbouwingswerken bezig zijn, begrijp ik dat het stof met zich meebrengt. Maar we hadden 's avonds wat gedronken in deze ruimte en de ochtend erna lag nog hetzelfde stof op dezelfde plaats. Dit was duidelijk zichtbaar omdat er veegstrepen door het stof waren. Dus dat is niet zo hygiënisch in het eetgedeelte.
Op de kamer was de hygiëne wel zeer goed.

Top hotel!!
Pros:

Wij hadden een kamer die net was opgeleverd. Alles super nieuw en vers. De kamer was meer dan ruim genoeg voor 4 personen. Het bed sliep heerlijk, de douche was lekker!!

Cons:

Weinig, omdat er verbouwd werd waren er nog een paar kleine opleverpuntjes in onze kamer maar niks waar je last van had.
