Great value for money
Pros:

Staff was very welcoming. Comfortable room, clean with everything needed. Though it could use some fresh air. I've spent quiet evening in the hotel's restaurant.

Cons:

Location is not the greatest, if you're visiting Gent. I had to be quite close to the hotel, so for me was not really an issue, even though tram 1 which is the best connection to the city is not operating atm. There is nothing around the hotel, but it's really close to the highway, if you're traveling by car, I guess it's a good thing.

moeilijk om van en naar de locatie te komen vanwege hoe de loop is. Met je koffers de trap op en af buiten was ook matig

Great hotel & refurbished rooms
Pros:

Great size rooms. Superb comfortable beds. Most of the staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Location wasn't great. Cannot believe you have to pay for parking and it's far too overpriced. Hotels should welcome guests - not charge them to park there when they've chosen to stay at their hotel.

Pros:

Mooie kamers, atrium is een blikvanger en ontbijt is prima verzorgd.

Cons:

Om bij het hotel te komen moet je wel erg goed opletten bij de loop. Hou rechts aan na de afslag ikea en ga helemaal parallel rijden.
Prijzen van de drankjes en hapjes. Ze maken wel gebruik van het feit dat er niet veel horeca in de buurt is.

Pros:

Op loopafstand van expo Vlaanderen. Mooie lobby en grand café. Prima fitnessruimte. Aardig personeel.

Cons:

Parkeren kost best wat. Dik dekbed, veel te warm. Hierdoor niet goed geslapen

Great hotel, nice spacious room and lovely staff.
Pros:

Lots of parking with electric charging, and good location close to the main roads.
The staff were on point, really friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The food prices were a little bit on the expensive side. Nothing to do with the hotel, but the tram service wasn’t working so made getting into town a bit more challenging.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr großes schönes Familienzimmer mit Fenstern zum überdachten Innenhof. Alles neu und sehr sauber.

Cons:

Ich bin kein Fan von Klimaanlagen. Daher war es für mich nicht so toll, dass man die Fenster nicht öffnen konnte. Das war aber vorher abzusehen und bei der Hitze wiederum für den Rest der Familie angenehem ;)
