Für Baustelle und Lage zu teuer, nicht wieder

Pros:

Das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, einfach großartig.

Cons:

Die Baustelle vor dem Hotel und im Hotel war einfach unmöglich.
Es war sehr hellhörig und jeder Schritt und Möbelstück rücken war von oben zu hören.
Der Fernseher funktionierte auch nicht.
Für ein Hotel dieses Namens erwarte ich etwas anderes.

Hotel had een verbouwing hierdoor was er (nog) geen restaurant.
ook was de locatie niet ideaal, eerste restaurant in de omgeving was +/- 30 min lopen

Pros:

Clean comfortable newly refurbished room but the rest of the hotel like a building site with renovation continuing which we were not informed about. The access to Reception was very challenging for us 80 year olds having to negotiate two flights of temporary metal steps before eventually finding the temporary entrance, which was a long way from the car park. Luckily we were only there for one night so didn't have to take much in with us otherwise it would have been even more inconvenient. Driving access was also difficult due to lots of road works around the hotel . Dinner and breakfast were good.

Zeker voor herhaling mogelijk en ben benieuwd hoe het er gaat uitzien na de verbouwing
Pros:

De behulpzaamheid van de verantwoordelijke waarvoor nooit iets teveel was maakte het eventueel mincomfort van de verbouwing volledig goed. En ook een dijk pluym aan de chef van het restaurant waar we heel lekker en verzorgd konden eten

Prima verblijf voor korte duur.

Nieuwe bedden, kamers.

Hotel was in verbouwing, dit had ik niet vooraf gezien. Naast dat je hierdoor wat hinder ondervond was bijvoorbeeld ook de gym gesloten.

Pros:

Anche se la posizione è fuori città, vicino c'è la fermata del tram che porta in centro. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Buona colazione.

Cons:

Ci sono lavori in corso in Hotel, ed anche in strada con l'auto si fa un lungo giro per un'uscita con lavori.

Er waren grote renovatie werkzaamheden. Je verwacht toch dat alles afgeschermd is. Maar alles lag open en bloot. Echt niet aan te raden.

Room was great, service was great, sleeping not so great due to light and blanket options.
Pros:

the staff were wonderful and the room was really beautiful and comfortable. They were still busy with renovations, but catered well to work around it and the stay was good.

Cons:

Both beds, the main bed and the couch bed were great, however they only supplied full winter duvets which were too hot to sleep under and there were no cooler options like just a normal blanket with a sheet. we turned the airconditioning to be much cooler to compensate for the duvets but it dit not help and just dried the air out in the room too much. Its not comfortable sleeping without a blanket. the aiconditioning display panel also made a lot of unwanted light in the room so we had to cover that with some paper, because we did not pack any sleeping masks. So in short, the duvets were great good quality, but a cooler option would have helped, and also the light from the aircon display.

Good stay
Pros:

Good location when going to Flanders Expo for an event. There's nothing else to do in the area, which was perfect for us.

Cons:

There's some refurbishment going on, not mentioned on booking. It didn't bother us, we got a refurbished room.

Wel okay voor één nacht.
Pros:

Dicht bij de beurs. Makkelijk parkeren maar dat kan je ook gratis bij IKEA doen. Kamers netjes en modern. Ontbijt is goed met veel keuze.

Cons:

Er is een verbouwing gaande, het restaurant is behelpen. De chaos van wegbewijzering… Na het 3e rondje weet je waarom ze het The Loop noemen.
