Good location. Mediocre hotel.
Pros:

The location is good. Close to the shopping centre. Easy to get into the city from.

Cons:

The room window did not shut properly which allowed the cold in. Staff at breakfast don't really bring more food out. For example if you go to breakfast forty-five minutes before closing and the scrambled egg and bacon is finished, no one brings out any more. Also, we asked the bar staff for more tea bags for the room. They did not have any. They took me to reception as they would have some. But they didn't either. They said room service will replenish it in the morning. Room service did not replenish and teabags etc throughout our stay. In fact, they didn't even tidy and replace used cups.

Wir überlegen immernoch für was die 5 Sterne waren .
Zimmer war ok , relativ sauber , jedoch war der Duschkopf undicht und hat das ganze Bad unter Wasser gesetzt.
Wir haben 3 Nächte mit Frühstück und Abendessen gebucht.
Der angepriesene Pool war nicht zugänglich.
Frühstück war gut aber Abendessen leider absolut nicht. Haben von 3 Abendessen 2 Tage Gerichte zurückgehen lassen und uns für den 3 Tag etwas von der normalen Karte gesucht.

Am letzen Abend war ein Festival im Hotel , dieses hat sich obwohl wir in der 5 Etage waren bemerkbar gemacht!
Es ist absolut nicht schlimm aber Vermerken sie dieses doch auf der Seite !
