EXCELLENT HOTEL.
Pros:

THE HOTEL IS IN AN EXCELLENT LOCATION IN THE CITY CENTRE AND CONVENIENT FOR ELIZABETH QUAY AND THE RIVER BOAT / FERRY SERVICES. THE ROOM IS VERY GOOD, EVERYTHING YOU WOULD EXPECT FROM A MAJOR HOTEL CHAIN. IVY & JACKS IS A BONUS AND THE FOOD AND DRINK IS OF A REALLY GOOD STANDARD. THE RECEPTION STAFF, PARTICULARY CHIHIRO WASEXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL IN LOCATING A LOST ITEM AND STORING LUGGAGE ON OUR DAY OF DEPARTURE.

Top Lage und Personal, Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Die Lage ist top. Das Personal sehr freundlich und äusserst zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war gut, nicht überragend aber gut. Es wird Vallet-Parking angeboten, das Auto ist in der eigenen Tiefgarage.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und müssen m.E. dringend renoviert werden. Die Badezimmer sind zwar sauber und verfügen über das Notwendige, aber wirklich komfortable und zeitgemäss sind sie nicht. Wir hatten das Pech, dass ein Zimmer zum Innenhof war, wo junge Leute eine Party feierte. Die Fenster waren nicht genügend schallisoliert. Zudem machte die Klimaanlage laute Geräusche, weil das Schutzgitter nicht mehr richtig sass.
