Clean and comfortable
Pros:

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I liked how they provided both firm and soft pillows, that were labelled as such. There's a restaurant and bar on site, which is handy. We didn't dine at the restaurant due to its not-so-great reviews but enjoyed wines at the bar on both evenings we were there. The front desk staff were polite and helpful. The central location is excellent - handy to public transport, various attractions and dining options.

Cons:

Parking is difficult in this area but that's not uncommon for central city locations anywhere. The room was a little on the small side but was perfectly adequate for our needs.

Pros:

The room was very pleasant. The bed was comfortable. Even giving us a choice of firm or soft pillows. The room was very quiet we did not hear much noise from outside.
The location was great, central to shops and many places to eat.
The staff were very helpful at check in - giving us an option to check in earlier than expected which was fantastic.

Cons:

The TV or possibly the internet was slow. The TV also had a talking function, which was a little annoying.

Good location and good value for money for activities in Perth CBD
Pros:

Got early checkin - the room was a good size, and comfortable. The restaurant was fine in terms of main meal, and pretty good range for breakfast

Cons:

Room was not cleaned on one day, but after telling the front desk somebody came and did it (even though the rest of the team had knocked off). Very much appreciated

Great central location, incredibly welcoming and helpful staff - highly recommend staying here!
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful which made for a wonderful stay. My children experienced the “Very Important Kids” program which was such a lovely touch. Cannot fault the staff and reception! The restaurant was a lovely atmosphere and food was great!
