The room was very clean and very small. Downfall no dressers. Only a few hangers. Shower was amazing. The front desk was exceptional and incredibly helpful and friendly especially Daniel. The breakfast was decent good
Selections of meats proteins fruits you dirt and breads. But the pool area was FANTASTIC. We planned 4 nights and stayed one extra. WILL BOOK AGAIN

This would have been the best hotel for the price,quality and convenience however two things need to be looked at noise insulation and for sure air-conditioning other wise it is a perfect hotel on all directions ...still love it and will come back ...

The property was ok, but we asked to get the safety box open, they never did so we had to keep our documents and jewelry with us al the time.
The hotel was not bad, but people are not very nice. Customer service is not the best

Air conditioning is terrible! Location is far from the closest bus station. Room was small. Pool is closed after 7:00pm when people most needed it!

Great place, not noisy as others say! Great staff, clean and spacious, great price for family rooms. Close to the airport and Mestre Train Station, close to the Nave de Vero.

Overall the stay was great. The staff was always helpful. Shuttle was always ready when we needed it. But the elevators … oh the elevators. Only 2 of 3 were working and the time to get one was sometimes painful. Hope they fix that third one soon for future clients. But overall very happy with our stay.

Very modern, stylish and clean. The small single bed in the triple room was very firm but the bed was comfy. Easily walkable to the area and bus stops behind the hotel via the side gate at the rear car park. Easy to park, plenty of car parking spaces. Plenty of options at breakfast from savoury to sweet. Would highly recommend to all.

Pros:

The toilet flushing system was not functioning properly and the water was overflowing outside due to which our clothes were soaked with the dirty water.
The electric kettle not working.
No paper napkins or tissues in the room
