Hospitality and breakfast was good. The view of the mountains was great
NOT LIKE mini fridge did not fit into the cupboard, my AC/Heat system would not shut off the fan kept on blowing. The DO NOT BACK UP into DID the hotel sign should be bigger. As a tool truck backed into the front of my window right beside the air intake of my room and nearly poisoned me on Tuesday morning
Personnel sympathique et de l’eau fraîche en bouteille apprécié
Staff were friendly.
The hotel is pretty run down. There are papers in the doors indicating room numbers in a few areas. Restaurant was shut down. The bathroom is very tiny. Room was cold so slept in a friends room. The hairdryers in both rooms didn’t work properly. Very poor value (even for time of year). My room smelled of sweat and body odour when I entered. My travel companions room was the same and required scented room spray to be bearable.
We stayed at this hotel for one night - thank goodness! There is no elevator leaving you to carry your luggage upstairs and through narrow hallways. The hotel smells of cigarette and pot smoke. The room and hotel were not very clean. It was a noisy, run down hotel. This was VERY disappointing for a Holiday Inn hotel. Will never stay there again. The parking lot was full of large trucks making it very difficult to park and hard to find a parking spot. Likely this was due to workers staying at the hotel who were rebuilding Jasper after the devastating fire.
Good location and super staff
Pool had mechanical issues and hot tub was out of service
Location it’s near Jasper National Park & hotel rates are good value for money/ Staff are very nice and friendly.
Very large and comfortable room with good access to Jasper. Location was good for amenities
The place needs to be soundproof better could hear everything from people going up and downstairs to thumping from people above.
Very clean and quiet
Bathroom to small wasn't told about not bath tub in room
Location
The bed was terrible both my wife and myself did not get a good sleep
Heating system didn't working
It is nice clean room. But rooms are not quite.
Convenient and modern
It was a great stay
Restaurant closed for reno.. easy walk to several restaurants & convenience stores. Nice bed & good pillows, nice big TV with lots of options. Some train noise and very bright parking lot lights
Liked the property but don’t understand why a $300 damage deposit and then it takes 5-7 days to get released. When I move hotels every few days this ties up a LOT of money in a week
