Amazing clean

On our first night at the hotel, we were woken up at midnight to a bunch of loud noises outside our window. My partner checked and realized there was someone working outside of the restaurant. Then that person started a motorized pressure washer and proceeded to power wash grates for hours in the middle of the night. My partner called down to the front desk and was told there was nothing they could do and upon checking out, we were told that nothing could be done. We were offered free breakfast as compensation but breakfast was over by that point so we got some leftovers. We weren't even warned about the noise even though the hotel was fully aware it was happening. Super unhappy with our stay here. The only highlight was a lovely employee at the restaurant.

So convenient to when you want to go to wineries the highway is right there. Plus the staff is amazing

Clean room, friendly staff

The elevator feels like its going to break down. Crack between the tiles in the bathroom. Pool was really cold, feel there should be away to heat it in future

Very friendly staff and very comfy and clean room with all the amenities you would need, plus it has a great bar.

The room was impeccably clean. Bed was super soft and comfortable.

It was still being renovated so there was no fridge or microwave in the rooms yet, no ice machines either. Just a communal fridge, microwave and prepackaged ice bags in the freezer. Not a huge issue but I would have preferred those amenities and would have liked to know a head of time if they weren’t going to be available.

Check in took 55 minutes , when asked to speak to a supervisor I was told he/ she was on a break .
I was assured they would reach out and I was put on a list with others who were also waiting for the room to be “ inspected “
My wife and I were offered a cookie and asked to wait .
Now an hour before checkout I still have not been contacted by the “ supervisor “
The shower drain is plugged so you are standing in 2 inches of soapy water - some inspection!

Hotel was beautifully renovated. The room was very clean and very nicely done. The attached restaurant had great food and drinks. Would stay here again.

Poor housekeeping, no bed fitting after 1st night sleep, dirty towels not fully replaced, no bottle drinking water available during staying. No EV charging facility provided. Please reflects to hotel management for improvement

The interior design is fabulous. The room, the shower, everything was meticulously clean.

The hotel and staff were fabulous. What we found a pleasant surprise was right behind the hotel was an entrance to the local hiking trail which was spectacular. To walk from the hotel to local grocery stores or conveniences took no more than 10 minutes. If we return to Kelowna we would definitely return to this hotel!
