Pros:

Staff was rude I checked and for me and my son and dropped him off to run errands. He was stopped in the lobby asked for ID and didn’t have one. He was told couldn’t go to room. I had to return and was told he couldn’t stay without an id.
They charged my card and we weren’t able to stay!

Horrible customer service the guy looked like a slob at the counter.

It did the job.
Pros:

It wasn’t gross and it was in a convenient location.

Cons:

The fridge didn’t work, the bathroom door stuck, there was no do not disturb sign, the beds were hard.

The room I got was not what I requested and asked for nor told I would be getting . It was my anniversary and I asked for a room with a hot tub /Jacuzzi tub I was told I was getting the king deluxe with it and I didn’t I got a room that smelled like smoke and the bath tub was standard with a broken faucet and the shower didn’t work .
