Good
Pros:

The location was perfect and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The breakfast was not good. Other than the coffee being pretty good, the food was very basic and ran out quickly because it was not well stocked. There was no syrup for the waffles.

Pros:

We chose this hotel because it was close to Carowinds. It was exceptionally clean. The staff were very professional. Housekeeping came every morning and asked if we needed our room to be cleaned. The hotel is tucked away in a corner that allows for privacy and a peace of mind from the highway traffic. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Cons:

The beds were not too bad but a little more firm than I would like!!

Close Enough and Far Enough Away
Pros:

This location is really nice. Close to Charlotte Metro area. Far enough from the e-way too so no traffic noise was heard! Bonus points right there. Close enough to not be heard yet turn right at the traffic light yards from the hotel to access both N or S bound 77.

Cons:

Staff wonderful and accommodating. Only complaint is room was right across from vending machines so that was loud a couple of times.

Great location with nice clean rooms at an affordable rate!
Pros:

This place was pristine and perfect for our needs. We needed a place for one night, close to the airport to fly out for an early flight (so we missed the breakfast). Not only is it just off the highway, but with the other hotel in front of it and the forest behind, it is nice and quiet. It is sparkling clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again!

Mediocre.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Water was hot.

Cons:

Desk clerk was not dressed professionally at check-in. We had two rooms and one smelled like smoke. Location was hard to find in the dark. Elevator sounded like it was going to break.
