Wait to check in. One receptionist. 30 minute wait time. Receptionist was extremely friendly. Just understaffed.

The pool was great! I love that it was open till 11pm. I have been visiting this hotel for over 13 years, just wish the experience was better. New management could do a lot better.

We got there in the morning, and our room was available so they were able to give us free early check-in. The breakfast buffet is a hit with the kids. The hotel has clean and the staff was very attentive and helpful. The hotel is in a great location downtown close to everything. We didn't need a car and were easily able to bus from the airport and walk everywhere. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby.
The breakfast was very good. The location was great. But, this Hampton is so so dated. I would return after the remodeling . Cost wise, I should have paid the extra to stay at another Hilton facility in downtown milwaukee. The staff was great. Also, our room had one window which overlooked a very messy area. It was a dark room and had a different configuration. Again, so needs a remodel.

En dos días no me han limpiado la habitación. Lo tuve que pedir en el tercero. Los recepcionistas no eran muy amables y tampoco sabían dar información básica sobre los alrededores del hotel. El desayuno estaba bastante flojo. El agua de la ducha tardaba bastante en calentarse. Hacía frío en la habitación y al poner la calificación, salía muchísimo olor a tabaco del radiador.
This was a disappointing experience and did not match the stellar previous experiences we've had with Hampton or Hilton hotels.
We booked the hotel listed there would be a shuttle to Summerfest, there was no shuttle so we used Uber. We also believed there would be a microwave in the room, there was no microwave. The room was dated and could benefit from a refresh.
On the plus side, employees were pleasant and the location was ok.
Overall, will not stay here again whenever in the area and would not recommend.
The location was perfect.
The bathroom. The toilet was so close to the sharp corner of the countertop we had to be very careful. Toilet paper location was not useable.
駅から歩けたし 近くに店もあるので 買い出しには困らなかった。日本人には気になるバスタブもあって良かった。ただしシャワーは壁固定のタイプです。野球観戦でしたが球場までウーバーで２０ドルくらいか？また空港までも２５ドルくらいかな。適当な使いやすさです。
灯りが暗い。使い方が分からなかっただけかもしれないけど 部屋の電気が そば机の所しか使えなかった。暗くて困りました。
