The location is great, the personnel was very helpful and kind.

Cons:

The coffee served at the breakfast (open buffet) was very dilute, it didn!t have good taste.
We stayed in room no. 532. The bathroom florr (especially in the shower) needed repairment/more cleaning. It looked old/dirty.
My parents stayed in room no. 530, which was indeed close to our room. But my sister and her family were given room no. 355, which was basically at the end of the corridor 2 floors below ours.
Also the rooms 530 and 532 didn't have any view. On the contrary, the windows were opening to the ventialation space, therefore they were noisy.

Beautiful view, but sadly not much sleep.
Pros:

Clean and very convenient. Right on the plaza. The view was incredible.

Cons:

There was a karaoke bar near or at the hotel. It played very loud music until 3:00am. I’m not actually sure where it was, but it was close enough to feel the vibration from the music. Noise doesn’t usually bother me, but this was so bad.

Ubicación. Estás en pleno centro, cuenta con estacionamiento. Las habitaciones están limpias.
Tiene restaurante con terraza hacia el parque.
Acepta mascotas.

Cons:

Aunque acepta mascotas, no ofrece nada para el alojamiento de tu mascota. No hay camita o frazada, ni recipientes para colocar comida y agua. Y esto no lo menciona en la ficha informativa para ir preparado. Comparado con otros hoteles que son Pet Friendly, este hotel solo te permite alojar a tu mascota. Así que, si elijen el hotel y llevan mascota, consideren llevar camita y sus recipientes de alimentos.
