Buena vista al malecon
El espejo de mi cuarto estaba muy feo viejo y la limpieza no fue buena la ya estando hospedados
Que frente al hotel está el malecón hay fiesta todos los días
El estrés del tema de las toallas, tienen una definición de entrega diaria antes de las 9pm (estás de vacaciones lo menos que quieres ver es el reloj) y si no entregas en el día antes de las 9pmte cobran 400 pesos por toalla, además al hacer check out te quieren hacer cargos de más por utilizar las toallas de la habitación. Las personas de limpieza no te dejan los materiales esenciales para que te den por ejemplo papel higiénico y las botellas de shampoo en mi caso dejaron una botella de 10 ML y éramos 6. Además que el restaurante no tiene mucha capacidad, se llena muy pronto.

El personal que esta en el área de bebidas de la alberca debería capacitarse mejor en atención al huésped. Las personas de limpieza necesitan estar más dedicadas, yo me aleje hay hace algunos años y todo era mejor.

No pudimos disfrutar de las mesas de billar porque porque abren a las 2 pm ...el chek out debieran de ponerlo para más tarde, mínimo a las 12 pm.
