Nothing
Perfect location, spa and treatment from Kelly’s beauty lounge within the property, room was okay booked a king suite the main bed was great although the sofa bed wasn’t up to standards when paying more for a suite
As mentioned above we had a suite and the sofa bed wasn’t up to my standard the mattress was too thin ended up sleeping on the floor
The room was a nice size, although it was a long way from the entrance.
Food was a mixed bag, one meal was excellent, the other definitely was not, pretty sure it was microwaved.
Staff and service was excellent and the hotel is in a great location.
Was charged £20 a night to take my dog even though the front desk messaged me stating it was £15. My room was not serviced after the first night so that seems like a bit of a rip off.
Great location to Arundel Castle and pretty scenery.
Room hot and noisy.
Location cheap
Staff looked unhappy not attentive feeling of butlins
Staff friendly.
Bedroom was a bit dated.
