I will be definitely returning, Loved it 👍🏻
Pros:

The property was in pretty good condition
Considering that refurbishment work was being carried out.
It’s a very spacious Hotel this is a good thing in my eyes as you have visitors of all ages staying at the same time.
The breakfast was superb
The staff were all very nice and polite
And need I say very very helpful.

Cons:

The lift unfortunately was a bit slow and dated with its size !
Especially with all the different ages of visitors when calling on its services,
If it was to break down a lot of people would be disappointed and struggle with the stairs
And their luggage

Very disappointed this time around.
Pros:

Beautiful building. Lovely grounds and location.

Cons:

It is being decorated at the moment which is great news. But it limits space and menus. We had to go out to eat as it was a very limited menu.

Underwhelming experience and not worth the price we paid.
Pros:

Nice comfy bed. Staff were pleasant. Spa facilities were very good.

Cons:

Our initial room was tiny with a frosted window. Very claustrophobic. Not what we were expecting from the pictures on the booking website. We were moved to another room which was marginally better but still felt small and stuffy - no way to control the temperature in the room. We had to wedge the window open to let some air in. The room was very dated and needs modernised. We were charged £25 for our dog which we feel was unsubstantiated and we didn’t get anything for this extra charge. Lack of food options for customers that would like to bring a dog.

Pros:

Nice room, very clean and spacious. Staff nice. Breakfast very large range of foods.

Cons:

Currently refurbishing so the restaurant has a limited menu which was disappointing. Only 1 lift for the whole hotel! Gave up in the end and had to keep walking up to the 4th floor. Great cardio but a bit of a pain!

Pros:

Pool, gym, bar all great.

Cons:

Young servers lacked attention and authority to even discuss what was broadcast on the tv in the bar or if we could move our reservation 30min.

Looks nicer than it is
Pros:

The views, building and evening meal in the bar was nice.

Cons:

Breakfast was not worth the money. Same low quality as a free breakfast at other hotels but cost £17.50 each.
Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. No fridge and room was very small for a family room with a cot.
