Our favourite part of the stay at The Hilton London Metropole were the breakfasts and dinners at the Tyburn Kitchen. It was a delight to be served by Kamrul, who ensured each time that everything would be fine with our meals.
Shoutout to Adam who took care of all my breakfast requests. Makes a difference when you start your morning well!
Rooms on first floor is poor so I recommend staying on higher floors unless you don’t mind keeping you curtains closed.

The only positive aspect of our stay was the internet connection, which was fast and reliable.
Our stay was disappointing overall. The service was very poor, and housekeeping was below expectations. We requested bottled water several times, but it was never delivered.
The reception staff were unhelpful, and whenever we called the reception from our room, no one answered the phone.
We were assigned an accessible room and, despite several requests, the staff refused to change it. The bathroom was extremely small, making it impractical and uncomfortable to use.
The elevators were unreliable and often out of service. Even the ones that were working felt unsafe. In addition, the elevators were split between different parts of the building, which made getting around inconvenient.
Breakfast was below average with limited quality and variety.
Finally, the location was not convenient. It is far from most attractions and is in a busy local area that was noisy and not particularly pleasant for visitors.
Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
