Excellent customer service saved the day
Pros:

I was skeptical that we would like this hotel given its size (1100 rooms), but we actually enjoyed our 1-week stay here. There were a few maintenance issues around the hotel (such as dilapidated elevators in the west wing) and it’s difficult to keep the place clean with so many guests, but all-in-all it was a pleasant experience. The fitness center is large with enough equipment to get a good workout. It had a full dumbbell set, a cable machine, a smith rack, along with 5-6 treadmills and various stationary bikes. Also, the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and the breakfast crew did a good job handling so many guests. At the front desk, we interacted with David, Leoni, and Joshua several times, and all three were really friendly and helpful. The lounge staff was also nice, particularly Asrar and Gibreal. We recommend this hotel if you don’t mind a busy place. Super convenient to Edgware Road tube station.

Amazing service - my two young children have been made to feel incredibly special.
Pros:

Amazing service from all the staff at breakfast. We were met by Vasimin and Aronjit who wished by 8 yr old happy birthday and helped arrange a suprise for him. All the staff with lovely to my two children and helped to make it a special day.

Childrens birthday trip
Pros:

Weve just spent our first night here for my sons 8th birthday and it was fantastic. Coming down from breakfast they really made him feel special, balloons, singing happy birthday and a huge plate of complimentary cakes. It really made it special. Our table staff Dominico and Tereza cpuld not be more attentive, kept the kids entertained and smiling throughout. Already looking forward to breakfast tommorow :)
