It was good.
Pros:

The flowers, they really beatify the reception area. The receptionist were very homely.

Some staff - house keeping don’t carry out their duties as supposed. The toilet had some funny smell for the last few days of my stay.

Housekeeping promptly provided slippers and a toothbrush after I called to request them.

Cons:

Incorrect billing, missed housekeeping and poor complaint handling.

I made two separate bookings and agreed to pay an upgrade supplement to remain in the same room. Instead, I was charged the full room rate again. The receptionist only apologised at checkout after I challenged the error and delay in resolving it. She quoted three to five days for a refund, citing bank processing, but then explained that internal management approval was still required. I left without written confirmation that the refund had been initiated.

I was not informed that my executive room included lounge access and only discovered this the following day through another receptionist. At checkout, the receptionist confirmed she had checked me in, but repeatedly said she could not remember the check-in process or whether she had mentioned the lounge. This did not address my complaint about the missing information.

Housekeeping was not carried out during my two-night stay, which the receptionist herself described as “unacceptable.” The attached photo shows the housekeeping card with the staff-name section blank.

At the lounge entrance, a staff member continued walking around without acknowledging me waiting, then shouted “Come in” across the room without a greeting. At breakfast around 9:30am, numerous tables remained covered with used dishes, leaving me sitting on a sofa. The selection was limited, the food and coffee disappointing, and no milk was available at the coffee machine. Several guests were struggling to use it.

Basic standards were missed across billing, housekeeping, communication and lounge service. My complaint at checkout did not produce a clear resolution or confirmation that the refund was being processed. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel.
