Clean, walking distance to the underground station
The room was specious

Clean and good beds. Staffs very nice.
Many people hanging around in the hotel and the restaurant at breakfast wearing pyjamas. People doing video calls at tables during breakfast or at bar. Door Key blocked when you take a drink at the bar and you choose to add it to the room for the check out (as proposed by staff). Staff should look at these things to prevent the client experience. This looks like a very low level quality hotel and we will not go there anymore nor recommend it.

Die Lage zum Zentrum war sehr gut. Das Frühstück war gut.
Beim Frühstück hat mir die Möglichkeit der verschiedenen Eierspeisen wie Spiegelei, weiches Ei etc. gefehlt. Auch in den Bereichen für Wurst oder Fisch kann man mehr anbieten.

The room we first got was very old and needed a proper renovation. The toilet flush was not working properly. They moved us to an upper renovated floor after we complained.

Breakfast was very good, and there was something for everyone. The location is very convenient for getting to any part of London. The hotel is very large, but it didn't feel that way.
Unfortunately, when it comes to cleanliness, things are quite a compromise. At first glance, everything looks great, but then you notice the dust on the countertops and the dirt on the floor.

Chambre confortable, personel attentionne, localisation impeccable
La chambre etait tout a fait propre, pas de soucis sur ce point, par contre, on sent le poids des annees dans l'hotel. La chambre aurait pu beneficier d'un serieux rafraichissement (par exemple, les joints noircis de la salle de bain...). Au vu du prix, je m'attendais a un sans faute de ce cote-la.
Les petits-dejeuner sont exorbitants, quand on connait l'offre de restauration a Londres, c'en etait ridicule.
