Nice hotel, room clean and large. Pool area nice
Comfortable beds, quiet and roomy, a minor criticism ....accessing the shower was slightly awkward as the bath screen was fixed.
We appreciated the very welcoming attitude to dogs, and loved the setting of the hotel.
It’s cold on Manor House side
The hotel itself is nice. The rooms are dated and could do with an upgrade
The first room I was goven was stinking, full of dust and cobwebs it was disgusting. Had to get moved to another room which was a little better but still dirty. Thankfully I only had to stay here for one night.
Beautiful place. Friendly staff, good accomodation
We had a lovely stay at the Hilton Puckrup. We enjoyed the pool and the gymn, the staff were very friendly and helpful. On the negative side we were woken on the first morning at 6:45 by a barrel delivery outside our window. I also had to pull hair out of the shower plug hole before using it.
The food was good and there was a great choice at breakfast. We enjoyed evening meals being half board, but we felt 3 nights was enough of the same menu (although there was a choice) as we'd tried about everything from the menu.
The beds were comfortable and the hotel is set in attractive grounds. We would return on another occasion.
The room was clean but decor tired and a little depressing.
Shower pressure poor
The drinks in the bar in my opinion expensive £30 for two glasses of house red and two glasses of tap water( technically should be free )
A bit disappointing for a Hilton
Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and great breakfast!
Bank holiday trip with the family - lovely hotel - pool was great and so was the golf.
We ask for a walk-in shower. We were given a room right the end of the building on the second floor. My husband had to walk a great distant to the room. Receptionist said we should have stated ‘accessibility’ when booking and then we may have got e near the lift,! This is the first time we have done a booking on-line as we are older people. Surely putting a walk-in shower that distance from a lift is stupid. However, the staff, the breakfast and the place was very good.
Really friendly reception staff and lovely restaurant staff.
Great pool and lovely grounds.
A very pleasant place to stay. Close to Tewkesbury and Cotswolds
Very friendly, lovely man on check-in wish I’d got his name from the Far East. Great games and things for children, green space, food in the evening excellent, breakfast a bit hit and miss, good value half board stay.
Pool and gym good.
Stayed for the night as a stopover on our way home from Cornwall, couldn’t fault it, beautiful surroundings, lovely hotel, great service, comfy beds and amazing breakfast 😀 oh and the dogs dinner was given a 5* rating by the dog 😂
Beautiful hotel and surroundings
This hotel has a big problem, the heavy bathroom doors. All I could hear when in my room was people shutting the bathroom door, constantly. Really noisy and disruptive. Woke me up at 6am, and you could hear at least two door shuts every minute. Terrible design, big heavy doors that are noisy when shut. Everything else about the hotel was excellent, but this problem will mean I won't be staying there again. Mentioned it on checkout, but they acted like they'd never heard of that problem before!
All as expected. Comfy room, efficient staff.
The room was ok
The room bin hadnt been emptied. No minibar or easy access to water (hydration meant walking 3-4 minutes to reception to fill up your own bottle or a conical cup). Bath had a slimy texture, had to rinse it myself before use. As rooms don’t have AC, a fan was provided as it’s a hot season right now, but the fan was very old, noisy, and ineffective.
